This is an open denouncement of Commissioner Tarlok of Jorrhildr,

Commissioner Tarlok assaulted me post duel with no provocation to earn such.

Commissioner Tarlok damaged and destroyed with intent private property in my possession.
I exchanged letters with the Commissioner and terms were set for a duel along with a receipt with damages he caused and agreeance to keep this private so not to hurt his reputation any further. The Urlan Commissioner agreed to these terms and we dueled as many could account for but post duel decided to change his mind and back out of paying me for those damages he caused. We tried to keep it private and civil but I refused to be yanked around on account of your shallow pride. I have bills to pay, Commissioner and your coin is due.

If you doubt my words simply look back at the other dozen denouncements against him and really ask yourself if this is someone you want to deal with. I'll take back my words when you pay for your damages.

Glory to be earned,

Another Commissioner looked over her papers at home. Among them, was a copy of this denouncement. She swiped it up, scanned it over, then laid it down.

"At least he listened."

Tarlok rested in his office, his body bandaged and healing after an agreed upon duel that held some sense of importance to the unread notice... A Constable placed a piece of parchment on his desk, and he begrudgingly read it over. He grumbled... Slowly pulling a pen and paper forward to respond. Shortly after, he had a Constable gather his coin, and have it sent to the victor of the duel...
Svend av Drettlefjord,

Denouncements are nothing new to me, and my reputation is already through the dirt. Congratulations, you're kicking air with this waste of ink and paper.

Do not lie. You were untouched after your duel, and I was in no condition to assail you. Given the injuries I have acquired from our duel, which you won. I'll admit to damaging your "training blade". But you billed me for two dulled blades, when in fact I only damaged one.

I will pay for your pathetic blade-toy, and only the one that was damaged.

His Eminence, Tarlok
Commissioner of the Vanguard Chapter,
State Metropolitan

After another round of negotiations, damages were paid in full,

I retract my denunciation and wish His Eminence, Tarlok of Jorrhildr prosperity in his recovery, but note that this "waste of ink" had three chances to be avoided.

Another note is attached to the one posted by Tarlok.

I was a witness of the duel when Svend av Drettlefjord defeated Commissioner Tarlok. After the duel ended, I took care of the Commissioners most critical wounds and moved him to the Metropolitan quarters for him to rest, thus I was present when Svend av Drettlefjord approached the Commissioner to speak.
There was no physical altercation between either of the two parties.
Svend av Drettlefjord left the Metropolitan quarters without anyone laying a hand on him.

Kind regards, Jalta Ult Freihar

The assault I lay claim to was from a prior duel he was not apart off, where he struck me as I went to leave the arena and damaged my private property. Not this past one.

This has been noted. Merely wished to to state my view of what I could see to void any hearsay.
