On the Twenty-Seventh of January, Three-Hundred-And-Ten AC, noble houses Delmotte and Nordhjem have come to terms regarding the unity and futures of their respective families.

After convening in the Imperial cluster, Duke Markus Delmotte and Duchess Tuija Nordhjem have jointly agreed to the courtship of Lady Colette Delmotte and Lord Leidolf Nordhjem, and have detailed plans for their prospective future union.

The courtship of Lady Colette Delmotte and Lord Leidolf Nordhjem is confirmed under the terms agreed upon by Duke Delmotte and Duchess Nordhjem.

» Should the courtship between Lady Colette Delmotte and Lord Leidolf Nordhjem evolve into marriage and result in children, Duke Delmotte and Duchess Nordhjem, as well as the prospective couple, have agreed that the eldest child of their union shall be entrusted to the guardianship of Duke Delmotte upon their eighth birthday.
» Should Duchess Tuija Nordhjem fail to produce legitimate children of her own before her departure from this world, her grace will acknowledge the child educated by Duke Markus Delmotte as the next-in-line to inherit her primary title(s).
» Should the Duchess Tuija Nordhjem expire before the aforementioned child reaches the age of nineteen, her primary title shall enter into regency under Lord Leidolf Nordhjem and Lady Colette Delmotte until their first-born comes of age.

    Signed,

His Grace, Markus Delmotte, Duke of Bastadon
Her Eminence, Tuija Nordhjem, Duchess of Risoyhamm & Baroness of Nykesund, Minister of Commerce
