there's a free trial version, but other than that no

the program i use, Krita, is free tho. i think it's on steam too

Im trying to find a middle ground with my shading XD At the moment the way I do it, I tend to over blend things, which is why it looks like im using the spray tool.

But yea, im using SAI Paint Tool.
