As we all know by now, new massivecraft players have trouble getting started, whether they got scammed out of all their money, can't get a faction started, or even getting out of regalia! Well this thread is intended to help create a guide to starting on the server. I have a few thoughts so far on how to "climb to the top."
Many new players struggle with massivecrafts economy. It is very complex and in one click a new player can use all their silver. So an easy way to start making money is saving silver! Regalia has places to buy good or houses everywhere! A good way to avoid the economic chaos in regalia is to simply get out of regalia.
Joining a faction is a good way to gather and store your crops. Joining a peaceful building and Roleplay faction is good for this to avoid getting attacked while you are gathering. After you have decided what your selling, the price, and how you will sell it, you can start making money. Sell your goods in a chest shop in a good location or on the streets of regalia. After you have made a good amount of money, you can focus on other ways to become famous on this server.
If you choose to start pvping, you should join a strong faction with many darkrooms and players with high skills. This is an easy way to become better at pvp and earn your money and items from raids and attacks. Well known pvpers are considered some of the richest and most feared players on the server. Be aware that pvp takes much time and frustration, so if you are easily enraged, this may not be the best choice for you.
Becoming well known in the community is fairly simple. Easy ways to get people to recognize your name are to; help people or converse alot in chat, if your name keeps popping up, they will get to know you a bit better. Another good way is to become active on teamspeak and forums, this way other players can get to know you much better. Lastly is to plan events. People love to attend rp events and festivals, and planning a large event can get you several new friends
