Pure Body I. Spoiler: Basic info expansion β | Basic Information Expansion Christos is a newcomer to this day and age Regalia, though received education at a boarding school prior in his youth. He arrives in Regalia in a station of nobility. While formally educated in commanding troops, his current duties as the patriarch of the Spathous household keep him busy, managing the affairs of his family and the like. His whole reason for moving himself and his household is so that he may better influence the political sphere of the Empire, and intends to do exactly that. Christos was born on the island of Etosil in his family's villa. His early life and education was spent on customs and courtesies of the gentry class, as well as that on basic reading and writing in Etosian, Common and New Regalian. Shortly before coming into his teenage years he was shipped off to various boarding schools. He was never close with his father or mother, Theodoros and Dorothea in his youth. In all regards, they never had much time to spend with him with ruling land and such. His mother passed away when Christos was four, and his father when Christos was twenty eight. He has three brothers, Alexandros, Dorothios, and Nikomedes along with a step mother: Apollonia. He has a varied amount of distant family, with no children himself or known nieces or nephews. As a single man who just arrived in Regalia, his desires and secondary ambitions. He would like to finally be married, first and foremost. Taking a Unionist bride from a prominent family would assist him tremedly in the political game. Relating to that, he would like to see his family placed in prominent roles across the court and government. His eyes are a light green in color, almond shaped, riding under his forehead which is a four finger in size. He has a few dark in color freckles scattered on his cheeks, but no other blemishes. He has a single faint scar on the right side of his upper lip. He has dark chocolate colored brown hair, cut short with a low fade. What remains of his top is curly but is often styled short and conservative. He typically carries a demeanor of disinterest, rarely smiling at greetings or even praise alike. Something of a neutral expression if not leaning towards dissatisfaction. Christos body is ectomorphic in build, with it being sculpted in mass nine out of ten times. Christos is a very vain person and takes great strides to ensure his personal hygiene. He does not have any deformities on his body nor visible scars. He does not possess any body hair, preferring to shave and scape his body to his vane perfection. Describe the Character’s fashion appearance and accessories. Christosphoros would show happiness with jovial laughter, affording a sly smirk as well as physical contact with him he shares company with. He can be seen to be more social, more egomaniacal even. How would your character respond to experiencing Fear? When faced with overwhelming fear, Christos will attempt to save a brave face that is dissuaded with the trembling of his legs.He’ll attempt to route from the situation and remove himself from the situation. If no way of escape is present, however. He’ll buckle up and attempt to face whatever challenge lay before him, but only as a last resort. How would your character respond to experiencing Stress? In regards to stress management, Christos will take it with a large dose of healing juice, otherwise known as a keg of wine. At first, he’ll withdraw himself from others in an attempt in vain to rationalize the root of the problem though it rarely works. Once he’s failed to find a solution to his woes, the young noble will fall back to a confidant. He’ll be willing to spend days with the confidant, if physically able to express his woes. How does your character view Law and Authorities? The backbone of civilization are Laws and authority. As a self proclaimed statesman, he believes that these virtues are the cornerstone to proper ailor living, less they fall into degency of a non human. As a noble, Christos only believes that his Imperial Holiness and the Clergy are above him in station. How does your character feel about Races other than their own? The Etosian church teaches that only Ailor are equal in the eye’s of the spirit, and as a firm believer of such Christos believes only Ailor have the legitimate claim to the world. Daemonic races such as Kathar should be killed on sight in his eyes, though in going with the times Christos can see the less barbaric races such as Songaskians and Qadir in proper servitude to their ailor overlords so that they reincarnate as a good, proper Ailor Unionist. How does your character feel about Religion for themselves, and other faiths? Duty to the Imperial Spirit is the uppermost thought in Christosphoros’ mind. He is a devout servant to the Spirit, and the Etosian Clergy in tow. He is a strict fundamenalist, not even taking a lover until he is married.To the other faiths, he views them as barbaric abortions of Unionism which must be purged from this world. In the game of politics, he will always favor a unionist to a heretic. Even if said Unionist is advocating against his political ideologies. How does your character feel about the Arcane and Magical in the world? The supernatural is blasphemous against the spirit and the ailor way of life. Magic itself isn’t even a tool for Humanium in his eyes. The only good use for magic is it’s extermination with extreme prejudice. How does your character feel towards their family? Christos grew up early, separated from his younger siblings by tutors and the like until he was of age to be sent into boarding school. Directly after his return from nine years of schooling, he was sent on various military expeditions. Suffice to say, he doesn’t have a good repore with most of his immediate family. Viewing them more as acquaintances than actual brother/sister/cousin/ect. What is your character the most proud of about themselves? The most proudest achievement of Christosphoros’ life would undoubt be during the Deathling crisis in Etosil. He leads a contingent of men in search and destroy missions against the Bone Horrors and the undead alike. At Least until a truce had been established with them. The pride of his military career to this point was helping to liberate his homeland from the daemonic forces of strife which had caused so much damage. What motivates your character to move forward and better their life? The strife of today is the glory of tomorrow. Christos moves forward in one pursuit, the glory of the Empire and of his family. He desires to see himself in the pages of the history books as a glorious Commander who led his men into victory against the non-humans which threaten the Emperor’s sovereignty on the world. What is your character's biggest insecurity? Virtue openly worn, but sin underneath. Christosphoros was born into the Etosian church, and has naturally suppressed his flesh interests in men due to the years of grooming. Despite the political stage being more open and tolerant of it after Cedric Kade becoming Emperor, he still finds himself repressed and unable to come to terms with it. What is your character's biggest fear? Failure may be a teacher to some, but victory is truly the path to ascendancy. While failure is a natural occurrence to everyone, Christos is terrified of failing. Not just the fault of a simple task, but of the Church, the realm and even the Emperor himself. He forces himself to carry a heavy load mentally, that even if he was to stumble for a mere moment humanium would fall back several paces. Option Two: The Core List Choose your Character Alignment Christos Falls under Lawful Neutral.He is a strong believer in order, law and theology. He will follow the law to the letter, executing his goals and plans in accordance with it. Choose your Character Personality Type As a ruler, Christos has molded into the Executive. Choose your Character's Religion As a native of Etosil, Christos is a devout Etosian Unionist. (10/10). He fanatically believes in the message of the Etosian church, believing non-humans who refuse to bow to the might of the Spirit should be shackled into servitude so that they might be a good Ailor Unionist in the next life. To him, the only second to the divine word of the Emperor is the Clergy. ⊏ Θ ⊐ β | Life Story Childhood | Christosphoros Spathous was born in the Spathous estate on Etosil to Theodore and Diana Spathous. He lived in a modest estate of lesser nobility, receiving early tuition on reading, writing and cultural philosophy. He attended mass regularly with his family, receiving the Sacrament of Birth Blessing, and Sacrament of Communal Entry. During his early years he didn’t spend much time with his siblings nor his father. Around the age of ten he began basic drills with a sword and shield. Adolescence | At age twelve he was sent to the Imperial Regalian Marshal academy in the Crown City, learning the dues and don’t of Command and military leadership. He spent three years straight in the Crown Isle, tending to stick to the clique of lesser nobility rather than the heartland High Nobility. After Graduation he spent a year back in Etosil with his family, directly his father as a way to teach some life learned lessons of leadership to him. At age sixteen he returned to school, this time to the Calemberg Ordner School to further his Military Education. Him being slightly older than most students and an Etosian placed him as a light pariah to the New Regalian centered education. He learned New Regalian as a way to better communicate with his peers. Adulthood | At nineteen he returned to his home in Etosil, having learned much of the theory of Command but still no practical experience. As his father’s heir, he led small bands of his family’s retainers against the bone king, and the various other undead that plague the isle. Once the Bone Horror crisis immersed, Etosil was shattered. Christos was thrown into constant combat with the Bone Horrors, he saw much carnage and death of his men and citizens of the isle as they fought an uphill campaign. The tide shifted of course with the arrival of the Prince Marshall and his host. With the battle nearly won, the Prince Marshall’s host left Etosil to engage the Deathlings. Leaving the remaining Etosian fighters to wrap up the mess, Christos included. Now | κατακτήσουν. Under the reign of now Emperor Cedric Kade, the Spathous family imperialzed. Christosphoros himself left to attend school at the Duchess Morgann Society to further his ability in Statecraft. After his father Theodore passed away from sickness, Christosphoros took the mantle of patriarch of the family.
