Since childhood Charles has been the stronger, more military-set-minded, unlike his younger counterpart. Charles was stuck with his eldest sister, Violetta while growing up seeing as their parents were busy with other ordeals. As such Violetta secondhand taught the boy about economy and business, seeing as at the time it was her only passion. Despite this Charles was diligent in his studies unlike his eldest sister and paid attention to his tutors. Learning at a young age about war and tactics. Due to his diligent mindset, Charles was offered a private study in Genevaud away from his family. Of course without the boy’s consent or even seeing if Charles wished to he has whisked away to study for more military tactics on land. ➤Youth By the time Charles was old enough to step aside from his studies, he was already in his mid youth. When he returned to Ithania to be with his family, most of them were busy with their own studies or hobbies to pay attention to the boy; with such Charles found himself at parties and events, only really getting his socialization there. Charles soon was often found in these areas and wasn’t to be seen alone, usually being seen in a group of four to five people, usually women around his age. A few months before his mother’s passing he was able to learn a few things from her. One being combat. The countless times he was seen training with the woman went unseen by the others of the family. The only thing Charles was left by his mother was her sword, a Sabre Sabel. After his mother’s passing Charles found comfort in art and performance. Charles somewhat struggles with his art; however, choosing sculpting over anything else only to try to recreate how his mother was and trying to recreate those he lost in battle or in his family trials and conflicts he faced. ➤Adulthood-Present When Charles became twenty he soon began to train with his Father and Uncle, along with his eldest sister, on water. He learned how to command those on a ship, though this was only taught in hopes from his Father that he might one day take over the trading company rather than for war. Charles usually held the burden of being seen as the eldest brother and therefore the strongest of his siblings. He was given the burden of high expectations, those he did not wish for. Charles was only allowed to break off from his Uncle's training after two and a half years to go back to Ithania to visit his family, however to his dismay, most were moving to Regalia to get away from Ithania due to past family issues. Then he set off for his journey to Regalia, seeking to find his family and reconnect once more. For hopes of a better outcome this time.
