    Personality and Abilities
    • At First Glance: Carolyne can often be perceived as a charming but rather mysterious individual at first meeting, the odd Typhonus with blue eyes and the tendency towards keeping inquiries off her person. This is not to say that she doesn’t favor curiosity at all, typically keeping information gathering within her court whilst retaining the calm and collected demeanor of a high noble. Perhaps even a hint of slyness is to be found within her words. A noticeable soft spot for good humor and those with a like mindset towards matters, she keeps any oddity well covered with the lacing of words or a confident stance.
    • The Oddity: With the amount of sudden occurrences within the past year of her life, it’s safe to say that Carolyne’s anxieties have certainly increased, particularly surrounding appeasing one family and avoiding the other. A lack of wrath now that has simmered down into a low hatred only sparked in the presence of those who were responsible for her disownment has left her to begin rebuilding lost confidence, the visage of general good nature or not. There is work to handle and things to do, making for a dull sense of self but, the glimmer of rebelliousness in her soul gives something to smile about. At least against all odds, she is still able to say that the lingering regrets start to fade with each passing day.
    • For Those Close: Given her situation, the Typhonus’ sense of family is a tad skewed, even more so towards the fact that she hasn’t exactly had one for most of her life to begin with. She tends to act more serious or prone to banter depending on which Typhonus is speaking with her, though doesn’t actively seek out much socialization with them unless need be. Friends are treated with her casual, light-hearted behavior and the honest projection of moods as well as opinions, untampered by the need to keep up an appearance of stoicness like in formal settings.
    • Morals and Tribulations: A Lawful Neutral figure at best, Carolyne’s moral code remains not being overzealous with goodness or seeking to mercy those that have broken the law, rather, she takes to making reasonable judgements based on evidence. Occasions where biasness on her part are rare in the positive sense, but if she sees benefit to both her and her family from hunting someone down who has done wrong, she won’t hesitate. Just a touch of corruption, yet even so, those situations stay far few and in between despite Carolyne seeing it as rightly if properly managed over mercy, the product of having to remain more or less indispensable amongst her new kin. This is, of course, not the same for matters concerning the breaching of Holy Law or endangering the Sancella, to which her judgements become laced with a more heavy religious zealousness.
    Weaknesses
    • [TBA]

    • Describe any number of Character Quirks your character has, strange behavior that they exhibit in certain situations. For example, a character rubbing a beard when nervous is a quirk, or a character biting their lips when doing math is a quirk, or a character shuffling their feet when talking to someone is a quirk. Quirks are not mandatory and may be left out if the writer doesn’t want to include them or can’t think of any.
    • Describe your character’s skills; abilities they’ve developed, but not necessarily put at the forefront of their lives. For example, if your character is a good cook, but not a chef, or if they are a good horse rider but not necessarily a competition racer, you would mention them here. Feel free to mention multiple skills but try to keep your character from becoming over skilled.

    • Describe three different activities, things or items that your character loves to see, do, taste or smell. Generally speaking these are things that make your character happy and in a good mood when they are near them/doing them. Go into detail why they love these things and then also explain how it makes them feel.
    Dislikes
    • Describe three different activities, things or items that your character hates to see, do, taste or smell. Generally speaking these are things that make your character annoyed or angry and in a general bad mood when they are near them/doing them. Go into detail why they hate these things and explain also how it makes them feel.

    Life Story
    • Childhood
      • Carolyne, formerly known as Chemyle Drache, was born to Harald and Linda Drache on the 18th of December, 279AC in one of the family’s Dragenthal holdings.
      • With Drache’s status as high nobility, Chemyle grew up in a relatively comfortable but not too lavish lifestyle alongside the political chaos of the external baronries, receiving a fairly good education with her two younger siblings.
      • Her childhood was relatively uneventful, but Chemyle developed a knack for getting out of sight quite quickly, much to the dismay of the servants in charge of her. She’d often be found in the strangest of places, typically with a book in hand or some sort of food item.
      • It's commonly believed that her skill in sleight-of-hand originally born from her lack of supervision as well, for she would constantly end up stealing from her cousins or amusing her younger siblings with card tricks.
    • Adolescence
      • As the years went on and her education became more insistent on teaching her how dresses work and how to not make the political discourse of Dragenthal worse, she began drifting away from it, becoming more interested in the general defence of the land, albeit in a rebellious manner.
      • At the age of 13, Chemyle, after several months of convincing, is eventually allowed to get an education in the School of Lancyon, an excuse to leave the land over being cooped up with tutors.
      • With her soon headed to the island region of Basta to train as a Lancyon Guard, her connections to many others of her family grows thin over time, albeit due to Chemyle's distaste for their actions. It is here that her consideration for keeping in touch becomes decayed.
    • Adulthood
      • Upon graduating from the institution at 23, Chemyle goes on to work as a bodyguard for a Daendroque aristocrat, remaining in the southern continent of Daen for a few more years and developing her appreciation for the culture.
      • Unfortunately, merely a year before she had planned to return back to Dragenthal after making a living for herself, she ends up trapped in Daenshore due to the Lo Occupation and the rise of Bone Horrors. This, in turn with already having assets where she was, prompts Chemyle to simply stay put instead of risking returning.
      • It isn't until the end of the occupation and the placement of a new emperor upon the Regalian throne does she finally make her way out, halberd and miffed servants in tow.
    • Recently
      • Chemyle briefly returns to Dragenthal for a small reunion before heading to Regalia, going to help her family solidify its place within the capital city.
      • Not too long after, in an act of familial treachery after she turned down one of the Effleur official’s offers for Chemyle to possibly become an Imperial consort, she is subsequently disowned by her uncle under her father’s gaze.
      • Later adopted into the Typhonus family as Reynald Typhonus’ adoptive sister, she changes her name to Carolyne in an act of tossing any connection to Drache. Most say that in the end, Carolyne's attitude and ways has made her seamlessly fit into the high noble family, as much as she doesn't think the same.
      • Nowadays, far longer after the incident had occurred, Carolyne, now dubbed 'Lynn', has made an interesting living in the city, with many a story to tell from her travels within it. That's not to say it ends there, of course, but suppose that's left to be told by herself.

    @HydraLana @FireFan96 @TyrolleanEagle

Lynn has now been made a Lancyon!
    > Profile converted to new system.
    > Still has a very short backstory, I know. It's a work in progress.
    > Justified her Daen culture appreciation and knowledge of the continent now that she isn't Mariposa.
