The server says 148/150 or 149/150 and I try to log in, and no matter how many times I try to log when it isn't full, it says server is full 150/150, it's rather starting to piss me off, I should be able to join when there are only 148 players on

Think of it this way: There are at least 20 other people trying to log in while you are. They are constantly refreshing and joining when the server is open. All it takes is a second for them to steal your spot. It isn't a bug or anything, you just need to join faster.
