    Personality and Abilities
    • Public External: Most people would view Bos as a kind-hearted, well-meaning and good man, friendly with a wise demeanour, always giving advice. This can make him come across to some as quite annoying, almost dismissible, as speaking in proverbs or metaphors can often be deemed ill-suited in certain interactions. He views himself as humble, rarely inflating his own ego, but others may view him as vain, largely due to him never shying away from the correction of an individual if their view or knowledge on subjects he is knowledgeable in is skewed. Bos is rather laid-back and could be mistaken as lazy; he simply isn’t in a rush anywhere a lot of the time. Bos sometimes appears as a father-figure for a few individuals and an uncle-like-figure to the rest, treated as a detached family member by those he interacts with.
    • Internal: Bos feels he carries a great responsibility to mature and advise those around him, feeling an enormous shame due to the loss of someone he was responsible for, Bos feels he can only restore his honour through redemptive advice-giving and counselling. The failure or fall of other individuals around Bos takes a great personal toll on his emotions, as he will often blame himself and critique the own actions (or lack thereof) that led to this outcome. Bos is confident but not prideful of his proficiencies and strives to be respectful when it comes to individuals of similar skill or knowledge in a subject matter/practice.
    • Close External: You can usually tell if an individual makes Bos comfortable when he can sit in silence within their company, going about their business hardly noticing one another. You can tell someone is a close friend as when Bos and said friend do speak, they debate, argue and discuss in great detail, especially concerning topics that they love. Bos finds it incredibly difficult to love anyone romantically, after the death of his wife, and is subsequently mentally traumatised from her death; thusly he will often misname individuals who remind him of his wife, and feel great sadness around them, often veiled behind a noticeably pained smile.
    • Morality: Bos views himself as a force to inspire positive change, probably describing himself as neutral good, albeit this doesn’t necessarily mean he has to be a pacifistic force. Bos values all that the Fourth and Fifth creeds dictates, and has the belief that it is part of his duty, as a Unionist, to aid all peoples to become virtuous enough to be reborn as humans, so that they may pass into the afterlife, the means with which he achieves this are usually well-meaning, but can sometimes cause conflict. He has no qualms about killing others but will avoid it if at all possible, as killing someone prematurely will stop them from attaining the virtue required to reincarnate as a human.

    Life Story

    · Birth: Born 248 AC in the dei Laveirlo household to his Qadir mother.

    · Early Childhood: Raised predominantly by his mother and a few of the house tutors Bos becomes fascinated with reading, especially military history and strategy, as well as learning to play the violin from his mother at a young age, being a prominent member of a choir in his youth. (<10)

    · Late Childhood: At age ten Bos was sent to Lancyon where he undertook his studies in polearms and the faith, graduating at age twenty with an inquisitive theological mind and a knack for polearm combat. (10-20)

    · Early Adulthood: Bos moved back to Montania where he would guard his family for another ten years, becoming an officer amongst the house guard, becoming a competent small-scale military leader. He also would meet his wife, Salima al-Hundras, a Qadir; from here he would begin a small-hobby working with clockworks and begin an incredibly basic understanding of binral magic. Bos begins to groom a young man, Antonio, to be his successor as house guard captain, viewing him as a surrogate child. (20-35)

    · Middle Adulthood: During a conflict with a rival household, a home-invasion kills Salima, Bos vows revenge against her killer. Bos learns the home-invasion was planned by Antonio, who harbours a secret hatred for the dei Laveirlo family, subsequently killing Antonio through beheading. Bos begins travelling the world, to learn more about his wife’s interests, in an attempt to keep her memory alive. (35-45)

    · Late Adulthood: Bos travels and interacts with the various Qadir nomads, learns Faraddi and Sofaal, becomes close friends with a construct mage and is gifted a collection of tomes and scrolls explaining the concepts more clearly. He is taught further how to work with clockwork, though is not taught how to expressly use magic itself. After his time with the Songaskian and Qadir peoples, Bos would travel to learn more about the world’s extinct dragons and would become relatively well-versed information pertaining to them, with a small understanding of the planar essence and the Seraph becoming available to him. (45-55)

    · Present: Bos would become obsessed with a newfound redemptive mission, having learnt little of what he can about his wife; he would now try and find himself a companion analogous to Antonio, whom he could actually save. Upon hearing of dragons and Arken in Regalia, he would move with the hope to be of some assistance to his faith and empire, inclined towards propositioning himself in an advisory role. He would also reconnect with his nieces and nephews, hoping to aid them in any righteous endeavours they may take part in. (55-58)

My sole point of review is that as a Half-Race, you cannot possess both sets of Proficiency Bonuses granted to the two groups that make up your character's genes. You will have to choose one and remove the other. Please tag me once the edit has been done in green @TheyCalledMeKiko
