I find that all dirt blocks should be made craftable using custom recipes such as..
Coarse Dirt and Podzol
I feel that tall ferns and tall grass should be craftable if regular ferns are craftable using custom recipes and tall grass could be used to make a regular fern even though tall grass is unobtainable in survival minecraft.
