To those descendants of the great Dragons who reside in Regalia, A summit of the Songaskia in Regalia has long been overdue. Our strength derives from unity, blood and tradition, each an argument to gather the recent high number of kinsmen and kinswomen who arrived in the city. This call does not only pertain the al-Ramoran heritage, but all those with Draconic heritage who wish to advance our standing in the city and, in the greater sense, the Empire.
