Basilio is only slightly taller than the average Alior of his age, and his physique betrays his relatively inactive lifestyle. He's not skinny, but he's not fat, either, nor is he particularly muscular. He has the head of a sheep, with white fur instead of hair and a pair of spiralling horns adorning his forehead. He dresses in gaudy colours, preferring his garments loosely fitted.
