On this day March the 12th, 309 AC, I Lord Chancellor of Regalia, make the following proclamations.

• On the Subject of the Salvation Church, a last financial agreement has been added in coordination with the Finance Minister.
  • The State announces a planned and fully state funded re-furbishment of the Salvation Chapel, in light of the recent arsons upon its grounds, with input from the Clergy and local Oranjen Knights. This act will be paid for by the State, and joins two other construction projects that the State has agreed to pay for, the other two being the Silverhand Military Research Lab, and the Chancellor's House, both to be constructed after City Revonnations are completed (Regalia V6). The re-furbishment of the Salvation Chapel will take place beforehand.
• On the Subject of reducing Government size, the Occult Commisioner position is being formally folded into the Arcane Ministry, with the Arcane Minister assuming all powers and privileges of the Occult Commissioner role. The Arcane Minister will be free to appoint a clerk to process White Occult applications should they choose.
  • Given the Arcane Minister and Occult Commisioner are both His Grace Leufred du Trige, this is mostly a paperwork shuffling act meant to reduce overall government spending.
  • Relatedly, the List of Contraband has been expanded to include the following.
    "Any Artifact that is identified as originating from the Void or Exist Occult is contraband, unless possessed by an individual given dispensation by the Arcane Ministry to own and utilize Artifacts, as a "White Mage" doc. "
• On the Subject of the Ministry of Defense, the acting Minister Jared Bancroft requests any interested in serving the State in matters of Intelligence and Security reach out to the Shilais Estate. Any applicants will be heavily scrutinized and subject to background checks to ensure State Security during the transitionary period.

• On the Subject of the Foreign Ministry,
  • A religious, short trip to Nordskag including the Foreign Minister and his Divine Aelfric Harhold will take place shortly, and has been funded by the State ahead of time.
  • The Daughter of the King of Ithania has been publicly invited to visit the Capital, to witness the reconstruction of the Cathedral, the new Religious Sites in the Capital, and to meet with His Divine Aelfric Harhold to discuss initiatives within the Capital and beyond.
  • As a relatively minor note, Mateo Silva has been named to the Diplomatic Core to assist with ongoing efforts in Daen.
• On the Subject of the the Eriunin-Innus,
  • There will be an immediate removal of trade sanctions and screenings, including the removal of moderating other races from the region. The delivery of a Regalian ambassador has been sent to the High King to formalize this. It is also publicly stated that any news of Allorn aggression will be sent to the High King so that the honorable Island may better coordinate with the seat of the Empire. In addition, Regalian troops will be removed from Silledimmach, and assistance to pay for an expansion to the Docks will be lobbied for by House Mac Conall, with Noble Houses singing on to help fund the dock expansion.
  • Further, the Draoidh Feya Faith is given legal recognition on the same platitude as the Old Gods via the Alms Ministry, and the Lord Chancellor will meet with his Divine Aelfric Harhold to further represent the Faith in the Capital.

The rulings of this decree take the full effect of State Law.​
