With an intentionally striking visage, the Arkenborn is someone who takes great content with what he's made out of his appearance, down to each last adjustment. His tattoo-coated complexion is moderately tanned, with two-toned, choppy locks of lavender matched by a greyer, paler shade. He is most often seen with a eyepatch laid over one eye, of a tough, 'leathery' quality, yet no strap to be seen, and a height that wavers with each appearance, but usually remains in 'tall' ranges. His presence overall is almost underwhelming in contrast to his appearance, regularly relaxed with how he holds himself.

METHOD OF LEARNING || BIRTH ORIGIN ㅤ» August practiced his magic through means of BOOK and TRIAL. During his youth, August was limited to what knowledge he had access to, and by result, his means of properly practicing his magic. He was raised by a strict mundane family, and was not exposed to a singular mage until the later years of his life, resulting in an excess of trial and error in order to truly grasp the gifts he was granted at birth. Having little restraint and too much curiosity to contain in such a small body, he'd spend his nights with spindly fingers jammed into his own skin, sundering his own wounds purely to understand how to carefully mend himself back together again. The results of his father's hunt would be snatched into his care, not for consumption- but for study. On such a cold, dire island- there were so few subjects to operate on when it came to expanding what he know of himself, of what breathed, of why it did. Once he left home, he moved onto 'safer' and more traditional methods, acquiring what few books he could get his hands on and hiding himself away to pour over their pages obsessively. 2. Because so many of their languages are inter-connected, various words become more obviously related, and they also take more effort to learn other languages. If someone insults an Ailor, even in a language they do not speak, the Ailor would know, as they know most curse words or words by which to speak ill of others in all languages. ㅤ» TO FIT AMONGST THE MASSES || Ailor are the masters of the Regalian Empire, and while it has equality between all peoples and heritages, Ailor are just by virtue of being Ailor considered preferential for most government positions and judicial situations. » On the surface-level, August markets himself as a 'tailor, with a unique flexibility for given material.' However, there lies rumors of a shadier line of dealings he offers, of something not for the 'faint of heart.'
