A man equally vibrant in personality as he is in appearance, Iraaris is a Veilborn whose life was indebted from birth to the Lady Tirhin Lavender after an unfortunate contract was undertaken during his father's youth. Whilst nowadays, his freedom is within sight, and the choice lies in his hands to dictate what waits for him ahead, the past has a tendency to hang to you. And unluckily for him, there's no telling when it'll nip at his heels.

Iraaris is a TRUE MAGE, who utilizes MAGIC for both his ATK and DEF.

Due to his prolonged stay tucked behind the Veil, Iraaris' appearance is considerably unusual, and fails to prescribe perfectly to any one heritage. Whilst his Selvath origins can still be glimpsed through when it comes to some of his lingering demeanor and tendencies, he sets himself apart in terms of presentation through the pale pink hue of his skin, and bright magenta hair that's strayed far from whatever it was at birth. He dresses in bright jewel tones, preferring clothing that is loose and flowy in fabric. He has more sharp and angular features, highlighting neon lime sclera and irises of pale yellow, as well as patterns of stars tattooed across his skin in ink of a matching shade.

» For what Iraaris lacked in much innate skill in the arcane, he made up for with assistance from the manytrained mages that resided in the court. He lacked the confidence to practice by any means that weren't by obsessing over the pages from the books he'd been provided, however most of this was sourced from a paranoia for getting 'caught' rather than any practical reason. He was, eventually 'caught' however, but instead of this serving an interruption to his studies, he in the end just received proper encouragement to continue. After all, a jester who could do tricks was better than a mundane one.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ2. TO REACH BEYOND || ✧ ANIMA ALIGNED
» To align with the Anima was a choice Iraaris didn't necessarily decide for himself, but in the grand scheme of things, was the most likely to occur regardless of how his life had gone. For the few years he recalls of West Selvaria, he spent around life and nature, albeit the then comforting and easy to grasp wild that Aloria is more known for. It was apart of his life then, and remains so now, albeit to a .. far grander extreme.

» Over the time of his studies, Iraaris has practiced in the schools of FAMILIAR, and EVERGROWTH, both being some of his earliest he acquainted himself with, as well as MOXY, RADIANT, and LUMINANCE. He did, additionally take his time to learn MEND, but doesn't as often practice it as he does the rest.

»⋆ TO COMMUNE WITH NATURE || You can communicate with wild animals in your presence, but they cannot have plot-relevant information or information that would otherwise be metagaming or character-revealing. You can summon a plant and bark-matter mount from the forest anywhere, or call upon a Regalian deer to stride to you as a mount. Finally, you can turn wild beasts into temporary familiars. This may not work on Event Animals.
»⋆ WAS THAT AN ELK? || You can (within reason), change how you are perceived, or how others perceive the forest around you while out of Combat. This can include producing animal sounds that imply the presence of predators, disappearing in the canopy as you jump from tree to tree, and generally making the forest a hostile place to be for unwelcome guests. Whatever is done, cannot confer combat benefit or pre-combat positioning.
»⋆ CARVE YOUR OWN PATH || You can use song, music, or hand gestures to reshape wood and other plant-like materials in any shape you like, for example, jewelry or weapons. Other good applications for this are as furniture or decorations inside houses, or to address in-the-moment needs while in the forest, for example by creating wooden bowls, or chairs to sit on that sprout from the roots in the soil.
»⋆ WASTE NOT, WANT NOT || You cannot be Aristocratic or Nobility in Regalia, but you don't need to either. While Regalians need money to buy things, you can just get anything and everything from the forest for free. You never need to buy clothes or food, and even alchemical ingredients and medicine can be regularly sourced from the woods. Money has no meaning to you and you can extract value for yourself. You have defeated John Locke.
»⋆ WALK A MILE IN YOUR PELT || You can use a ritual/ consume/ sacrifice any part of an animal to adopt aspects of it, for example consuming the flesh of a jungle-cat and taking on their hind legs and tail, or sacrificing the pelt of a bear and transforming your arms into bear-claw hands. These changes are temporary (however long you want them to be), can change any body part but never the head, and cannot grant other mechanical uses such as flight.
