This missive is to state the intention of organising the Soldiers of Tenpenny by Maridenne Morgann, a tenpenny soldier since the birth of the schooling in 291AC. The Tenpenny, though not as long standing as the Knightly Orders of the city are an affordable means for one to put their hands to the military service of the Empire.
The Tenpennies have not served for long, but their impact has been widespread. In the formation of an organised and properly drilled standing army our good Empire has overseen victories in it's recent wars, and is continuing to press onward against the Dreadist scoundrels in the West. The School of Tenpenny proudly stands as a ready and effective means of becoming a properly disciplined soldier for the Empire's reserve or main forces, with organised doctrine proposed by the numerous Marshals spread throughout the Regalian Empire.
This organisation of a standing militia of Tenpenny soldiers will see to it that more of the Regalian Populace are schooled in the form, proper drilling techniques and military etiquette will be taught to new prospects as must-have skills to be upheld when dealing with organised military affairs. Skilled prospects will be taught to excel in their chosen discipline, and will receive a mandatory instruction of the structure of command within the Regalian Armed Forces, what such commands may be offered to troops and their meanings.
This organisation of the Tenpenny will be held out of the Derna Garda Soldier's Guild in Regalia, outside of the more traditional bases of the Derna Garda, the Tenpenny will serve to instruct those unschooled in military practises, and for fellow Tenpenny soldiers to socialise and train.
