I'm afraid I would not be able pay anyone in irl money, or regals (unless you're happy with a measly 7r) but I do have some lore items. Because the "market" on massive is fairly competitive with people paying regals or irl money, it is unlikely you will have this skin made for you from scratch, for free. I recommend you look at the "Massivelooks" tag on Planet Minecraft, as there are a ton of free to use skins there.
