02.1 ON COURT MAGES
The Arcane Minister recognizes the following transitions in the Court Mage Registry.

02.2 ON CRYSTALS
The Arcane Minister recognizes the existence of Meraic crystals throughout the city. They compel willing citizens to approach them with translated ciphers if possible, and those seeking to aid the Ministry in exploring this anomaly should express their interest in doing so posthaste so that they can be convened at their earliest shared convenience. The Ministry in particular calls on Malruthiia Merethyl, in recognition of her intimate ties to the Meraic past, and would wish to extend her personal invitation.

02.3 ON STORMS
The Arcane Minister recognizes an immense dissatisfaction with ongoing events in relation to the massive magestorm blanketing the Crown Isle. They demand that citizens write in with explanations or information, whatever they know, as soon as possible, so that this issue can be thoroughly investigated. It poses a severe danger to the Isle and to everyone on it- its cause must be quickly understood so as to ensure that any problems it may have caused are not exacerbated in the coming days.

02.4 ON GROUPS
The Arcane Ministry recognizes the increased existence of militant groups in the Undercity, and more frequent clashes between them. It calls on any citizen with information on these groups to come forward and inform them on the names and nature of these groups, for future nonspecific use.

02.5 ON HIRING
The Arcane Minister is looking for one or two people to help with internal affairs. Write at leisure.
