01.1 PREAMBLE
The Arcane Ministry makes it clear that its intent is to govern with both fairness and a stern disposition. What this means is that certain liberties have been provided to the Occult population which are unprecedented in their nature. It would be wise for that population not to try the patience of the Bancroft Chancellery and the State which it presently represents by exploiting its newfound liberation. All things are noted. All plans are eventually found. All plots may become public knowledge, and thusly bear great consequence. The course can only be stayed if the crew has the sense of maturity and responsibility to keep the sails aloft. Remember this in the coming months.

01.2 ON COURT MAGES
The Arcane Minister currently recognizes the following Court Mages.

If a patron finds their Court Mage not on this list, it is recommended they write the Arcane Minister so that this initial tabulation can be rectified. Paperwork between predecessors was rather nonstandard, and in some cases, nonexistent, so cooperation and understanding on this matter would be deeply appreciated.

01.3 ON CONTRACTS
All contracts formed under the previous Arcane Minister have been inspected and found deeply unsatisfactory. They are null and void until such a time as individual signatories return to discuss their desire for and use of such things with the current incumbent.

01.4 ON EVENTS
Certain parts of the public release version are censored, as they are classified information. This is meant to protect various entities from persecution. What is left behind is for the public to understand pertinent correspondence between the Arcane Minister and Chancellor without freely giving away crucial security details.

> The Arcane Minister takes note of ████████ being utilized for ████████ purposes and considers such both appalling and an insult to good taste. While this does not require immediate discussion, the Arcane Minister does note its existence for future editions.
> The Arcane Minister takes note of the ████████ of ████████ within the Crown Isle. While initially considered cause for alarm, testimonials from ████████ on the nature of ████████'s appearance have somewhat lessened tensions, and this is no longer considered of danger level ████████ but rather ████████ or perhaps even ████████ given ████████'s cooperative nature.
> The Arcane Minister takes note of the formation of a ████████ within the Crown Isle. While there may be concern owing to the Arcane Minister's own ████████, the Lord Chancellor is respectfully asked to set aside any potential initial fears he may have and discuss the matter in person. Insights provided may indicate that ████████ is necessary after all owing to ████████.
> The Arcane Minister takes note of a buildup of ████████ in the Undercity and requests immediate discussion. After all, as the Est-Allorn saying goes, one cannot ████████ without ████████ ████████ ████████ and a touch of ████████.

Both a Qadir and Url look at the black squares "mmmm yes such transparency you can't even see the redactions. Almost as if its a bad idea to mention governmental fears without directly stating why. What are the clickers back? Are the Sendreass getting mages? What prey tail is scaring the goverment?"
