A piece of paper would be hung on the Regalian notice boards with an official wax stamp of red with a 'V' engraved in it on each piece. It would read as such

Let it be known that House Valeur from today on shall be recognised as Imperialised as standardised by his Imperial Holiness earlier this week in an Imperial edict. The entirety of the noble house shall be Imperialised and serve under the rules that follow of such a cultural switch, which for stability sake, most of these rules were already held to the same standard as for years within the family.
