Amphitheater In Regalia

Should Regalia have an amphitheater? Just a general question.
I feel that it should because Regalia is a large city that might have one, and that if built, it would create a new area for roleplay instead of the tavern. People could organize plays and skits that they could put up at the amphitheater and invite people to see them.
Or if not an amphitheater, maybe something similar to the Globe Theater, where they had a seating and standing area. From what I remember, the theatre was a place for good entertainment and was filled with activity on days that performances were being held.

So what do you guys think about an amphitheater in Regalia? Possible locations? Anything else I've forgotten to add?

The Damson Veil will probably get one built since it's owned by Niko Santorski, wasn't there an opera house a really long time ago outside the walls? or somewhat outside, I vaguely remember a warp that led there, either way I like the idea!

There used to be a theatre, but Regalia has changed since then. I assume it will be added once they get the look they want. Which I assume is close. (Don't quote me on that it is just a guess.)
