Height: 7' Body Build: Thin Weapon of Choice: Other people, magic Spoiler: Expansion - Mutations All'oa has a handful of mutations resulting from her possession, as well as her exposure to Void essences. The most prominent of these are her horns - those on her head begin at her hairline, with several smaller horns clustered around each of a pair of larger ones. Beyond her head, there is a similar cluster of blunt spikes on each of her shoulders. The other prominent mutation is her hair, which is formed of thick fleshy tendrils that slowly writhe around. For the most part, the perception anyone meeting All'oa would have is that she is as ruthless, violent, and cold-hearted as any Kathar could be - which is entirely accurate. Those truly close to her are almost exclusively other Saivale, and so they tend toward seeing the warlord as competition, for such is the view any Kathar has toward the rest of their kind. Beyond these few, however, strangers will almost universally look upon All'oa in an immensely negative light. While rare exceptions do exist, these are largely those people who make a misguided attempt to find some good within All'oa, which is an entirely futile gesture. Partially due to her possession and Silven nature, All'oa is immensely prideful and arrogant, firmly believing herself to be quite simply superior to everyone around her. While she does have some internal doubts over whether her actions are necessarily ideal, these are not acted upon as most would - instead she seeks to assuage them by causing harm to others. This particular aspect of it is especially noticeable in her behaviour, and is a recurring pattern that those close to her tend to pick up on. It also drives her to push even further into making sacrifices to the Void, searching for the elation it gives her to push back these nagging self-doubts. Even toward those closest to her, All'oa is often cruel and ruthless. Indeed, in this aspect, she is precisely what the Kathar epitomise, being willing to use even the lives of her closest friends and allies as bargaining chips if it serves her needs. For the most part, anyone and everyone is expendable in her eyes, and this shows quite strongly. Still, she does have some slight reluctance to give them up - unlike total strangers, who she doesn't even have the slightest reservations treating in such a way. Morality is almost completely absent in All'oa, and what little could be argued to exist is twisted beyond recognition. A deeply distorted view of right and wrong pervades her actions and beliefs, and it is one best described as "might makes right", wherein the only necessity to be in the right is to be powerful - and in her eyes, power lies firmly with her. This is further demonstrated by her tendency to turn anyone she can into her subordinate in order to gain more power over them, through violence if need be, as well as the constant desire to depose those who are above her. When not using violent means to achieve such ends, she instead employs manipulation, blackmail, and bribery, seeing no issue with exploiting the corruption and fear of others. Talents Skilled Mage - All'oa is an immensely powerful magic user, experienced in the use of Void Magic. While controversial at best, and outright forbidden at worst, it does grant her a variety of advantages, even if it makes her a target. She primarily uses it to empower those below her and ensure their loyalty, as well as to subjugate those who aren't already in such a position. Youth & Early Life: Conceived from the Birthing of the Faï’llir, All'oa was destined from birth to be a powerful member of Kathar society, a position that set her up for learning magic. And when the time came, she sought a mentor - though she had no interest in the more conventional forms of magic. Instead, she sought out something more powerful, even if it came at a greater cost. And it was this that led her to learn from a Void Mage. Quickly picking up some of the spells & curses, the Saivale was already showing signs of being exceptionally ruthless, even by Kathar standards. One of her own siblings was soon enough dead by her hand, murdered for trying to slow her hunger for power. Later Life: As she grew, All'oa became increasingly potent as a mage and began to take up the mantle of a warlord. Her ruthless, violent nature was increasingly prevalent, and while she did not solely work through destruction, she nonetheless butchered her competition by any means necessary. The Necrothor under her bidding was an exceptionally useful tool for this, and even when one was slain All'oa simply made another from one of the abundance of slaves that she held. When finally the end of her training came, and All'oa had mastered all she desired to of Death and Demon Magic, it came as no surprise when her mentor turned up dead. While it was never truly clear whether it was by her hand or not, those few people close to her were all but certain that she had arranged his death, if not handled the affair entirely on her own. She soon enough hunted out a Kathar Mage, and until her leaving the Shadow Isles, spent years mastering a handful of the Books. Today: All'oa moved to Regalia and began establishing herself there - but eventually found herself imprisoned in the Azure Spire. Recently, however, she managed to escape and rejoin the world at large. 4/02/18 - made an extremely minor tweak to eye colour
