Hello! This suggestion will be quick and to the point, and pertains to this post in specific.
Basically: Add a new Communication Media to the list, for The Dark Lady Emporium, to give criminals and more illegally inclined groups and individuals a place to pin up their bounties, notices, event stuff, yada yada etc.
Beyond this as a bit of a further expansion to the forum section in general, to make it more clear about who would be able to see what, and which form of Communication Media is being utilized, I would suggest adding Prefixes to the Regalian Roleplay forums section for each form of Communication Media, with an added rule for proper tagging. And, heck, tossing this out there too, maybe a "Removed" tag for staff to use for posts that are technically compliant as having existed for a time, but would have been torn down quickly. Such as, if a Jacobin inclined segment is tacked to the Notice Board without proper registry, instead of just locking the thread, this clarified that the post was not a breach of rules, but rather a breach of IC regulations that was deal with, keeping it all kosher and canon.
This post became longer than I intended but fair enough. lol
