In light of the recent slew of notices put up stating opinions and requests for riots, this notice appears in only a couple places, more likely to be noticed in the underworld. Relatively short, but to the point.

To those against the guards ...
You are correct. The guards have done horrible things, and I cannot say how unnecessary many of them have been. I've spoken to a member of another guard, and there may be hope yet; despite working with the Inquisition, they fear the things it has done and doubt that it is doing the right things. As long as we can find more with this same stance, we have hope. Do not give up.
To those suffering from aberrancy against the guards ...
You are not alone in your stances against the various guards (especially the Inquisition) nor in your afflictions, and I stand with you. However, rising up against them will only end worse for us. We must go and hide. We cannot fight against them, as it will only pain us and break us, bringing their attention further to us. Please, for the sake of all of us, do not make yourselves a target that will further generalize our existence.
To those mundane with our stance ...
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I cannot express my thanks for your sympathy. It is rare to receive it, and I highly value your efforts. Please, help us from being further tortured, further oppressed, and help to allow us to live quiet lives in the sewers and in Crookback. We must all do what we can to survive.
To those who stand with the guards ...
Why?

Pinned beneath the notice were a few pencils and sheets of paper-- an invitation to speak one's mind.
