❮CURAE I - Appointment to Holy Office❯
Upon the Regalian Synodical Council of October, the Brother Reverends from all corners of the regalian Archipelago came together to elect a High Reverend from among their ranks. This first among equals will serve the Synod and the faithful as a representative of the Sancella, and a personification of moral purity, to be exceeded only by the Holy Spirit and the Crown.
The Reverend Stéphan von Brühl III was elected with a Synodical mandate, taking on no pontifical name in respect to his noble name, signalling a forever close of infighting between nobility and clergy.
The Venerable Reverend ran upon a clear mandate and set of objectives in which the Synod should achieve.
- The restoration of the Church's position, not as an opponent to the government, but a part of it.
- The strengthening of the Church's image by the masses, a rift that occured during the interregnum.
- The revised preachings and masses held by the churchto draw in people.
- The updated way the Divine Militia and church interact through holy law and canonical courts.

With the changing High Reverend it is customary to appoint the members of the Synod to the positions that exists within the church after his best idea of who can perform these tasks and serve the church to the fullest extend in success.
With the removal of the old Reverend-Ministries due to them being largely unused bar one, the Guiding Eye, they shall change name to Episcopal Sees and hopefully we shall see the creation of more such Sees as time goes by and needs of niche foci begin to show.
- The Hallowed Honour of The Episcopal See of the Guiding Eye.
- His Most Holiness would deem to appoint Aelfric Harhold to The Honour of The Episcopal See of the Guiding Eye, with his guidance, blessing, and everlasting support.
- The See is tasked henceforth to continue the former Ministerial Work of the Guiding Eye, in presenting forth Unionism to nations far off, and to the lost within the home.
- All holy missions and the missionaries therein are to answer to The Episcopal See of the Guiding Eye.
- The See is tasked with the recruitment of Laymen for said foreign ventures and missions.
- The See is tasked with the reclamation of Holy Relics.
- The Hallowed Honour of The Episcopal See of the Hand of War.
- His Most Holiness would deem to leave empty The Honour of The Episcopal See of the Hand of War, with the intention to watch closely his brothers and who could steer this Honour away from the unuse it has had the past months.
- The See is tasked henceforth with the overseeing of Sancella marshal assets, including but not limited to: The Helerian Guardforce, Blade Sisters and the bulk Synodical Holy Army.
- The See shall oversee the security of the collective Synod, and establish an active Helerian presence to aid in this.
- The See shall designate sights of military importance for The Sancella in its foreign crusades.
- The Hallowed Honour of The Episcopal See of Tithes and Almnes.
- His Most Holiness would deem to leave empty The Honour of The Episcopal See of Tithes and Almnes, with the intention to watch closely his brothers and who could steer this Honour away from the unuse it has had the past months.
- The See is tasked henceforth to work in ensuring Synodical Tithes and Almnes collected reach their proper usage and that Tithes are paid by noble families.
