For the past weeks, since the end of summer and start of fall, life in Regalia had been slow; especially so in the slum district. But, since the first of October, there had been continuous activity in the northeastern corner of the olden town. Vampires crept in the growing fall shadows, peasants peered from their homes, criminals grew ever curious of the happenings in that northeastern crevice.

Only a few distinct people ever worked on what was to come of the slum. A Chi'en-Ji woman, A Songaskian man, and occasionally an injured Url buzzed about a sorrid, abandoned tower. The cold, hollow structure was hallowed by the three, a soothing torchlight lit up its dreary husk, warmly colored banners were pinned up outside, all bearing a similar sigil of the sun. Within, statuettes were erected high above head, a carpet was laid upon the ground, and in the crevices, candles lit. The shrine was completed after nearly four days of labor - in the end, that tower was converted into a place of heretical worship, continually emitting light and warmth. A beacon in the dark.

It was easy to approach the tower, now, and any that came near were greeted with a polite smile and open arms. The Chi'en-Ji woman, Mi-Sung, sat cross-legged in the center of the solar shrine, willing to share what she had to say to any that thought to visit her. She was the Sun's hand, and she would spread His word.

--OOC--
Basically, this is sort of an introductory announcement to a forming cultist group. Previously, they had no place to be found and pray in but now they do after inhabiting an abandoned building. The cult's intentions are not yet clear to the public, but any are welcome to come speak with Mi-Sung, if they so wish.

Even though staff haven't actually decorated the tower yet, 'cause V5 is coming around and I don't wanna bug them about putting something together for me, I can still be found chilling out in it, or if you want to specifically find me and I'm not there, feel free to mail me or message me in game. To get to the tower, enter the slums, head towards the emporium, and just before entering the emporium, turn right. It should be just straight ahead, all the way to the wall.

"She will somehow find I way to convert every devout Unionist in Regalia to the Sun, I'm calling it now." Said Beni Windrider as he stared at the notice.
