Citizen's of the Regalian Empire,
Gallovia remembers Anglia, Gallovia remembers the House Kade and Gallovia remembers our Supreme Chancellor, my son, Rodderick. It pains me to have to write these words, though it is necessary as a reminder to both the State Council, the Synod and the various States and fiefdoms still deciding their loyalty to Regalia to hold in mind, as many seem to have allowed such thoughts to dissipate with the wind. It is my opinion as representative of Gallovia in Rodderick Howlester's absence, that inaction and indecision in the present, is because of fear of consequences in the future. We tire of these constant proclamations of support, we tire of these constant attempts from both the State Council and the Synod to grasp at power and authority over one another, while sitting back and allowing Misery to taint Regalian soil with no true attempt to combat it. Actions, Citizens, speak louder than words, and sometimes inaction speaks louder than both of them.
Gallovia and House Howlester strongly urges cooperation between the State Council and the Synod, for both to set aside these constant strong arm attempts that are obvious and detrimental, evident from the current fracturing of the Realm Empire wide. Gallovia as it stands remains supportive of both the State Council and the Synod, and vows to continue paying its taxes, continuing contributing men and continue to give homage to the State Council. However, should no uniformity between the Church and State be found, House Howlester and Gallovia will adopt a stance to the same extent as the Iron Duke of Vultaro. We will continue the Empire within Gallovia, seek cooperation with Vultaro and Montania and seek efforts to rescue our true rulers from the Darkness in Anglia. House Howlester and Gallovia are not making demands of either pillar of this Empire, however if some semblance of productivity and cooperation remains absent in the coming days, Gallovia will have no choice but to seek solutions ourselves, as while these sects of authority continue to argue over who needs the power and who shouldn't have it, less of the Empire remains for them to exercise it over.
May the Spirit guide us all
Revain Regent William Howlester of Gallovia
