A notice would be distributed to Nobility throughout Regalia, as well as personally delivered to those specifically affected by this action.
The Holy Synod officially denounces the heretical practices of both House Viduggla and House Haagenvig. After an investigation by the Inquisition of Holy Theomar, it was concluded that both Siselle Haagenvig and Frejnir Viduggla have forsaken the sanctity of marriage and attempted to join in an illegal heretical marriage under Non-Unionist practices and with knowledge of their devious ways. Not only this, but they have violated Regalian Law by attempting to marry as non-unionists, showing their intent to undermine the progress of Regalia down the Great Way. In addition, their marriage under the Old Gods faith shows the practice of their degenerate religion outside of their home, yet another indication of their flagrant disregard for the pillars of the Regalian Society, and yet another affront to the Unionist Faith. This behavior cannot be tolerated within the Holy City, and as it is the duty of the Holy Sancella to hold true to the direction given to it by the Imperial Spirit; the Holy Synod have come to two decisions.
Firstly, as Siselle Haagenvig currently serves in a leadership position in their respective House, it is clear to the Sancella that this heretical behavior is deeply rooted in that of House Haagenvig, and will henceforth issue a Writ of Sin against Siselle Haagenvig. The attempt to undermine the sanctity of marriage has shown a clear lack of moral fortitude and disregard for the people of Regalia, and therefore warranted this Writ of Sin.
Secondly, we offer the House of Viduggla a choice. As the standing of Frejnir Viduggla is in no way a leadership position, it was decided Garth Viduggla will have one weeks time to create a great display of his faith in the Imperial Spirit. He will publicly denounce the actions of House Haagenvig, and subject Frejnir Viduggla to Unionist Re-Education at the hands of the Holy Inquisition. The Holy Synod has declared that this alone will be evidence enough of the commitment of House Viduggla to the Imperial Spirit, and will as a result accept no less. Should the House of Viduggla decide to stay steadfast in its heretical ways, they will be served two Writs of Sin, one against Garth Viduggla for his acceptance of these heretical practices, and one against Frejnir Viduggla for his initial action.
In these dark times, it is truly a sorry sight, to see the Noble and Patrician Houses of Regalia partake in such degenerative behavior. It is the duty of the Synod to prevent our society from falling victim to this great evil that has seemingly embedded itself in our highest ranks. This declaration serves as one of many to come, as part of the Holy Synod's commitment to furthering the Great Way and having Regalia be the facilitator of the future paradise that it is meant to be.

- House Viduggla has one weeks time to do the following:
- Subject Frejnir Viduggla to re-education at the hands of the Inquisition
- Denounce House Haagenvig for their Worship of the Old Gods faith
- If they fail to do these things, there will be a Writ of Sin issued against Garth and Frejnir Viduggla
