May Allest chose his blessed,

Good day to all I write this letter in high spirits. It was my assumption that those who stole Sangria decided to give it to one corrupted by sanguinism. It's only today when I am informed the holder Sera Koning is a Unionist, embedded unionist, by a unionist nonetheless so I give the Sera my honest apology. I am ordering all Villiers-Eclaire and all whom answered my call to head this correction (with my earnest thanks for your diligence in seeking follow clerical instruction):

As previously held, Sangria is a holy artifact which exists to test those seeking to embody Allest. Like Sera Kopec whom defended the All Beacon temple and exemplified what Ressurected (Undead) can do when they give themselves purpose in their second life. All those called to the faith are to regard Sera Koning as possibly given this artifact divinely by Allest's intention and as such should consider it a test. If any unionist believes themselves better suited then challenge the Sera but I urge all to hear them out, as they should hear out all unionists who wield sangria, as to why and how they'll use Sangria.

Juvin, Ness, and even Allest council intelligent and merciful exchange if the wielder is best suited to using such tools to serve the Empire. The wielder should be able to give the challenger a good reason and argument as to why they're best to wield Sangria. This is not only some martial test to throw bodies at but a genuine sign the wielder might be a champion of Allest. This possibility should be considered regardless of denomination, unless that denomination is heretical, because if the wielder proves flawed or unworthy other unionist are urged to do better with Sangria.

All clerical order to seek sangria at all costs are rescinded, so long as Sangria rests in unionists hands and that unionist shows piety befitting a champion clerical order to recover it is excessive. Though any unionist pursuing the blade on their own is allowed to.

"May Sera Koning prove themself worthy of Allestian's blade"
May he watch over us all,
Atum Morathes
Lord of the Empire
Celate of the Divine College of Bastadon
