TO THE CITIZENS OF REGALIA​

-A force grows amongst us, fellow peoples of our grand empire. We've be neglectful to the growing concern of the so called gang 'The Hounds'. The fact such an armed force remains intact inside our boundaries is an insult and concern. The actions of guards have proven faulty and ineffective in containing this group of vagrants. The other night, my dear cousin, Darcie Miramonte, formally Darcie Wodenstaff, was snatched off her feet by these criminals. They snatch our people off the streets in the dead of night and none have been there to eliminate this force. I plead with the lord du Pont, to exterminate this force before they continue to test the state, before they continue snatching our men, women, and lords from the streets for their sick games.

I, Benjamin Miramonte, hereby denounce The Hounds and their actions, and accuse them of kidnapping, and assault, alongside the criminal acts they've committed prior. I do not stand for these crimes and will not let them stand. This is armed mockery to the state of nordmark proportions, and must be contained before further attacks happen. My cousin had no connection to them nor the hightowers who destroyed their shanty temple. By this, they are acting on bloodlust and attacking innocents off the streets. They beat her and harmed her for nothing, not a coin nor power play. They simply did it because they can, and to make a demonstration to the state, a demonstration that says they are here, and they're violent.

The Avanthar paused as she exited the tavern, taking a moment to squint at the notice board and see if anything caught her eye. Jinuep scanned over the flyer, brows slowly quirking. Once she finished reading she emitted a laugh, followed by something along the lines of a slurred, "Th'f-.. Pff... Nordmark..." She then went on her way, laughing to herself at the old memories it has resurfaced, a smirk plastered to her lips.
