A notice would be distributed to Unionists throughout Regalia, as well as personally delivered to those specifically affected by this action.
In the wake of the presumed death of our great Father Bohdan, it is the opinion of the Synod that his duties are far too important to be neglected for any period of time. That is why, after a period of deliberation in the Synod we have named His Holiness Father Kehlen the leader of the Guiding Eye. The missionary organization founded by the late Father Bohdan has served countless people in their transition to Unionism, and has furthered the goal set out before us by the fifth creed, written by the Spirit through Theomar the First,
The Spirit has truly blessed the Synod to give to us someone as pious as Father Bohdan to lead this organization, and it will continue to bless the people of union into the future under the leadership of His Holiness Father Kehlen. Father Kehlen has a history in this organization, having lead conversion missions in the past during his tenure in the organization. He as well holds a reputation among Regalia for his pious nature, and has proven time and time again to be a true instrument of the Spirit. While the presumed death of Father Bohdan still lingers in our hearts and mind, Father Kehlen is thankful for the opportunity to lead and the Synod as well as the people of Regalia will be watching with open hearts and minds to see what becomes of this organization.
In addition, as each of us in the Synod recognize the great deeds done by the late Father Bohdan in his work as the leader of the Guiding Eye, the Holy Synod has decided to henceforth canonize Father Bohdan as the Heron of Missionaries. Bohdan the Converter has had a direct hand in bringing onto the great way countless individuals during his missions, his impact shows just what the people of Union are capable of and exemplifies the direction laid out before the Holy Sancella by the Imperial Spirit, and firmly fits into the definition written in the Eighth Creed. Father Bohdan is a pillar of Unionism, whose deeds will serve as an example for all pious men for years to come.

All must contribute to the Great Way, from the highest noble to the lowest street beggar. All must also contribute to each other's Great Way however, the noble must give alms to the poor and the poor must take up the sword and spear and bow when the noble is in need of men and women for their banner.
