It is the wish of the Collective Synod and the Canonical Court to place the following individuals under INVESTIGATION.

• All members of Staff of the Hidden Dragon.

The Collective Synod and the Canonical Court place the following individuals under investigation under the jurisdiction of the following laws:

• Synodical Law III, (The Law of Supreme Divine.)
• Synodical Law IV, (The Law of Aberration and Void.)

It is imperative that the Inquisitors are not interrupted in their most dutiful work and it is advised that the following individuals surrender themselves for questioning immediately.

The High Reverend makes an addendum in regards to the current heretical item in the Arcane Ministry's possession. The item will continue to be investigated by parties assigned by the State, interim as the investigation is ongoing, and the process will be overseen by an Inquisitor chosen by at the High Reverend's behest.
