Oh shucks yeah I'd like a briefing in some of the lore

I just need a run down of whats lore compliant and whats not
I have a list of things what I want to put in but I just need to know if it makes sense in lore compliancy , I don't mind reading some lore but t h e r e s a l o t that overwhelms me
