The Vogel is a Bookstore and Post Office located at [Boulevard 3], right next door to the Hungry Hound and across from the Morbus Imperium, opened at the start of 309 AC. Specializing in both the buying and selling of books, as well as the delivery of city-wide mail, The Vogel is a place for just about anyone: whether they be commoner or of the esteemed Peerage. Started with the combined thought of Duchess Haeddi van Hal, Bloodcast Harlow Ketch, and various other partners, it has been a project built on the beliefs of providing easier access to literature, a safe environment for learning, and helping promote communication within Regalia.
