Specializing in both the buying and selling of books, as well as the delivery of city-wide mail, The Vogel is a place for just about anyone: whether they be commoner or of the esteemed Peerage. Started with the combined thought of Duchess Haeddi van Hal, Bloodcast Harlow Ketch, and various other partners, it has been a project built on the beliefs of providing easier access to literature, a safe environment for learning, and helping promote communication within Regalia.
