The Leaping Ksai Trading Company, was founded in the year, two-hundred and ninety-six (296) After Cataclysm, by Lee Ge'haing-Teku, the second-eldest of Clan Lee in the ingdi (city) of Zi'et Cem'de (Jade Wealth). Built and progressed as a budding trading company in the Ramien Kingdom, the western kingdom of the Sihai Empire, was The Leaping Ksai Trading Company, injected with resources and wealth as its ascent was fast and never-ending, conquering various trade routes that spanned many of the Far East's wares of Jade, spices, silk, and art. Their capabilities improved as they spread throughout the Ramien Kingdom only and then towards the Outer Isles, eventually connecting to the Songaskian Masaya with branch offices being lead by one of Ge'haing-Teku's closest aides, Zhu Fen'ha Te, spearheading the charge in the mercantile field and successfully establishing The Leaping Ksai Trading Company's Masaya Branch. Continuing this, Fen'ha Te was sent to the capital city of the famed Regalian Empire to assist in creating a branch office there with the convenience of a main member of Clan Lee being there, Lee Ming-Qie. Also succeeding in this endeavor, Fen'ha Te quickly continued on his momentum, moving back towards the East as he established a branch office in the Hadravya Kingdom.

Branch Head - 75r / day
The current leader and highest authority in The Leaping Ksai Trading Company's Regalia Branch. This position is on par with the other heads of the other branch offices such as The Leaping Ksai's Masaya Branch and The Leaping Ksai's Hadravya Branch. Only second to The Leaping Ksai's Dexai Branch, otherwise known as the Main Office.

Branch Vice-Head - 70r / day
The second in command of the entire branch office, their words are to be heard and approached with respect as the only way to achieve this position is through constant and repetitive work, they control most of the administrative work both inside and outside the branch office.

Branch Leader - 60r / day
One of the highest positions obtained by those who show diligence and loyalty to the company, although complete loyalty is not required, knowing their duties and priorities is required. They control a certain aspect of imports and exports of the branch office such as the leader of gemstones, leader of metals, leader of agriculture, etcetera. They answer only to the Company Head or those holding similar positions, perks and favor are shown onto them due to the prerequisites of this position.

Azure Ksai Commanders - 60r / day
One of the highest positions obtained by those they have proven their skills and loyalty to the company and the head. They control the private force that is raised and trained by The Leaping Ksai. They answer only to the Company Head, perks and favor are shown onto them due to the requirements of this position.

Partners - 15-20 percent of profits / day
A position reserved for those who have sold their business to The Leaping Ksai or manages subsidiary businesses (who are usually referred to as partners). They receive certain benefits from the company due to their close relations depending on their position and may be entitled to receiving additional perks as well.

Branch Co-Leader - 45r / day
One of the positions in the intermediate echelon of the company, obtained by those who show diligence and loyalty to the company, although complete loyalty is not required, their person is still under the scrutinizing eyes of the higher echelon and are feasible for both promotion or demotion depending on their performance. They are usually under the tutelage and are shadowing the Branch Leaders to learn their skills to efficiently and effectively manage their workers and work.

Crimson Ksai Castellans - 50r / day
One of the positions in the intermediate echelon of the company, they have proven their skills and loyalty to the company and the head, they are primarily those capable of leadership and lead small elite teams to either form to be shock troopers, scouts, or hunting squads.

Company Worker - 25r / day
One of the positions in the bottom echelon of the company, obtained by those who are new workers are either just starting out or under temporary employment. They can range from jewelers, clerks, cooks, servers, and laborers.

Apricot Ksai Castellans - 40r / day
One of the positions in the intermediate echelon of the company, they have proven their skills and loyalty to the company and the head but have yet to produce leadership capabilites, mostly warriors who are lead by a Crimson Ksai Castellan.

Companions - Undetermined / Undetermined
One of the positions that does not belong to most cliques of The Leaping Ksai. They are a lax or small group that is under the care and management of one of the higher echelon, presumable the Company Head. They are used for personal trips or missions for either business or otherwise.

Mercenary / Hired Hands - 40r / day
One of the positions that does not belong to most cliques of The Leaping Ksai Trading Company. They are individuals under the employment of The Leaping Ksai and aren't integrated into the company itself.​

The Drun-Kung Noodle Shop has been absorbed and is under the new ownership of The Leaping Ksai Trading Company's Regalia Branch, it is still however, under the management of Wan-Xia @indyfan98.

With much deliberation and recent results, the management of The Drun-Kung Noodle Shop, which is now named as The Leaping Dumpling, belongs to another partner, Mary Jameson @CharmedHexes. A certain percentage of profits is still however given to Mister Wan-Xia due to his contract of affiliation.
