I - Brief Information

The Ardelan Brothers Company is a legal business company owned by the Ardelan family. It is majorly a legion of businesses in union with intentions of fostering active and successful services and harvesting economical improvement through association and co-operation. Those who are part of the Ardelan Brothers Company receive support and aid with their businesses with promise of promotions, developments, proper advertising and publical improvement in their overall business activities.

All in all, the Ardelan Brothers Company is an entity of come-together businesses working in association to improve their working fields and generate better profit. All businesses registered into the Company continue to have their freedom over their business, with the sole demand of fealty to the Company Overseer. The details of regulations and legal expectations as well as the rules, perks and promotions of the Company are listed below in detail.

II - Legal Regulations

The Ardelan Brothers Company is a legal entity of numerous businesses in association. Any business registered into the Company formally becomes a business belonging within the Company.

The businesses registered under the Company are entitled to the Company's aide in matters of resource supply, advertisements, protection and general maintenance. The business is authorized to call upon the Company for these benefits whenever they see fit.

The businesses registered under the Company maintain their authority over their business. The property and rights remain theirs. The businesses registered under the Company owe the Company support and active cooperation, however.

The Ardelan Brothers Company expects these out of the business registered underneath them. If a business does not comply to the expectations of the contract, the Company will cut them from service and leave them isolated. A business cannot secede from the Company, to prevent supplying during hard times prior to pulling out without ever repaying the Company.

- The Company may call upon financial support.
- The business provides 10% of monthly income to the Company.
- The Company in return will offer resources, supplies, promotion and protection from criminal activity.
- The Company will export their produce beyond the Crown Isle, expanding the business' horizons for them.
- The business provides active cooperation in the Company's union registry.
- The business remains active with their own property, or warns the Company prior to inactivity.

By legal oath, the Company swears to uphold all expectations of the registered business owners. Likewise, the businesses swear to uphold all expectations of the Company. Legal action may be taken in breach of either of these contracts.​

These businesses are not owned or controlled by the Company in any way, they are merely businesses who have registered theirselves into fealty under the Ardelan Brothers Company and as a result, receive supplements, promotions, helpful developments and permanent support in fostering their business field and trade.

IV - Company Board

The hierarchal system of the Ardelan Brothers Company Board. There are numerous management roles all tasked with ensuring the numerous working fields of the Company and enroll the Company into lasting succession and permanence of existential support.

Chief Executive Officer
The head of the business company, top of the hierarchal system and the overseer of all businesses and trades registered under the company. Ensures deliverance of permanent support, supplements, promotions and advertising towards all businesses signed under the Company and upholds the systems legitimacy and continous growth through performing the required and necessary business monopoly.

Vice President
The second-in-command of the Company who is also expected to provide the CEO of the Company with the necessary aid and service, sort of acting as an advisor for the head of the Company and ensuring the stabilization of the system while the CEO is unavailable or incapable. The Vice President is the person who assumes all control of the Company when the CEO is deceased.

Company Treasurer
The individual in charge of safekeeping the profit and coin generated by the Company, the person who is expected to ensure the protection of the Company vaults as well as do the necessary maths and calculations in regards to all Company business dealings.

The hand of the Company Treasurer, expected to support the person in charge of safekeeping the vault and ensure the countings of coin and the proper maths and calculations of the dealings and agreements that the Company involves theirselves in.

Head of Acquisitions
The Head of Acquisitions is the personnel in charge of ensuring the healthy relationships between registered businesses and the Company. The Head of Acqusitions essentially has to maintain contact with every Company members who have registered into the Company, provide solutions to any problems that might arise with the Company regulations, and overall ensure that the Company members are content with their registry.

Company Booksealer
The Company Booksealer is the person in charge of the legalization of all papers and contracts generated by the Company. The Booksealer needs to safe-keep every contract, ensure the legal aspects of them through maintaining the Regalian Laws, and collect the signatures of the Company members during business arrangements.

The Company Secretary is the personal secretary of the Chief Executive Officer, keeping note of all business arrangements, ensurances and business tax payments, answering in the CEO's place when necessary, and overall working on making the CEO's job easier.

The Company Members are the business owners who have registered their business under the Company. They are able to communicate with the Company Board at any time out of free will about any subject they might want to bring up. V - Recruitments and Registrations

Do you want to become a Company Staff Member?

The Company Staff Members are expected to keep loyal to the Ardelan family and the Business Company in mention. They are expected to sign a contract of employment that details a two year of employment period during which they are not allowed to resign, and should they force their resignation, are legally expected to pay the Company a sum of 5000 regals.

The Company Staff Members are paid handsomely and it is one golden way to become very wealthy while also experiencing the true nature of business and economical monopoly.

The business owners who register their businesses into the Company will receive a seat in the staff board as the Company members who are able to aid in directing the future of the Company and associatively working to ensure mass profit. Company Questions & Answers

How do advertisements work?
Every business will be advertised and promoted on a weekly-basis on our upcoming newspaper in a page specifically meant for advertisements. We will put in good word of your business and promote it on every edition of the newspaper, in order to attract more attention to it and make it a generally known business.

How does protection work?
Since we can't hire bouncers to actively stand by your doors for all hours, as every bouncer is a real player and won't want to just stand there, protection works like this: When you are having an event, or you are having a busy hour, or at any time you would feel bouncers are suitable, you are expected to inform the Company that you will be needing guards. After we are informed, we will assign our bouncers to stand by your doors during the given time period.

How do supplements work?
Whenever necessary, you are expected to pen a letter to Kristoph Ardelan with a list of your required and necessary supplies. All of your supplements will be imported in 1-4 IC working days and delivered to your business location in Ardelan shipments. You will not have to pay for the supplements, for they will be entirely covered by the Company. All of this takes place in roleplay and you won't actually be supplied real items.

Can I leave the Company?
Yes and no. If you have signed the contract, you will see that it precisely states 'businesses cannot secede from the Company'. This means you are not allowed to leave the Company once signed. But as we understand that this can be an issue during extreme cases, you are still able to request a formal leave by contacting the Company CEO and pleading your case. If your reasons for wanting to leave the Company prove suitable and agreeable, then you will be allowed to formally exit the Company. If the CEO believes that your reasonings are not enough to justify a leave, then you simply cannot leave. This is legal, for you have signed a contract that clearly stated this. If it's too much trouble, you can just OOC'ly ask me to remove you from the Company and I'll work it out.

I am not pleased with the service this Company provides.
Contact the Company Staff, explain to us why you feel that you are not pleased with our service. We can, and always will, come up with solutions to amend your disappointment and provide a better Company support and service. We will always strive to uphold your expectations, though should it ever come that you feel you are under-treated, you are always able to, and in fact advised to, communicate with the Company Staff about your problems and complaints.
