Spoiler: ♫ Ambience ♫ From the desk of the Privy Councilman, Rodderick Howlester, the following occurred as a result of the voting procedure on the 10th of February, 306 AC within the Privy Council Chamber. Note, this may not include all voting proposals passed. Some may be omitted in the interest of State security. On the matter of Government Ministries: The Honorable Randulf Howlester and Gracious Charles Ravenstad have been appointed as joint Ministers of the Finance Ministry. Both Lord Howlester and Lord Ravenstad will be expected to cooperate for the benefit of the Regalian Empire during their tenure. The Chivalrous Lord Benedictus d'Vaud has been appointed to take the role as Logistics Minister. Lord Edmure Howlester has also been affirmed to take position as Minister d'Vaud's first Clerk aide to advise and assist where needed. The following Clerks have been appointed to the State Ministry by authority of the State Minister and Privy Council: Elizabeth Black, Arnold Heinrich, Camille d'Ortonnaise, Sophia du Polignac and Céleste Jeanne. With due regard to the Scholar Ministry, Mister Henric of Heeresveen has been appointed Scholar Minister with the following Clerk aides: Nadina Haaven, Augustin Reinard and Dianne Black. All clerks will be expected to cooperate with the Minister for the benefit of the Regalian Empire during their tenure. I refer the Ministers and Clerks to the previous Privy Council Proclamation for the purpose of identifying their duties and responsibilities. It is of the opinion of the Privy Council that each Minister has the authority to appoint their own Ministerial Clerks. Clerks will operate purely as aides and have no Ministerial authority or power unless granted such by their respective Minister. This matter has subsequently been ratified by unilateral Privy Council vote. It is with great pleasure that Grand Duke Dietrich Drache has been appointed Chivlaric Secretary of the The Chivalric Order and Registry. Furthermore, at the discretion of the Privy Council, both the Bloodcast and Lancyon Orders have been approved as appropriate application categories for the purpose of this charter and registry. It is advised that remaining knights in the city register at their earliest convenience. Furthermore, at the discretion of the Privy Council, Olivia Ombre has been dismissed from her post as Representative for the Ithanian Court and instead replaced with Lady Sophia du Polignac. The Privy Council looks forward to witnessing the work Lady du Polignac will complete on behalf of the Regalian Empire. The rulings of this proclamation hereby take the full effect of State Law Officiated by the authority of Privy Councilmen Thaddeus Kade, Rodderick Howlester, Dietrich Drache, Audrey d'Ortonnaise and Edmond du Pont.
