- Raymond was born to Alexandria Nerirona and Lock Render, though he quickly lost his father at the age of 7.
- He spent much of his time inside taking care of his grieving mother, building up a resentment at her lack of care for him from his perspective. At age 14, he snuck out from their hermit life and met a Dragonkin who taught him Sofaal. They would run around together constantly.
- During this time, he learned about Int from his grandparents. He began to pray to him behind his mothers back, keeping it a secret.
- At age 17, the first vampire insurrection hit, and he was separated from Alexandria. He hasn't gone home since per his choice.
- After the insurrection, he found the 'family' his mother had started without him and began to avoid her, but interact with his "sibling". It led to more resentment, believing his mother was trying to replace him rather than find him.
- He spent till his 20s in Regalia, finding it bland and boring. He took his faith, the clothes on his back, and sent himself off towards Vultaro to learn about his fathers life before Regalia. To see how he grew up.
- His time in Vultaro had him meet tons of people, some encouraging his rather bombastic and, admittedly annoying, behavior. He learned to garden in order to experiment with poppys and rubyflower. Raymond would even manage to get his hands on rarer substances, aiming to concoct what would lead him and his friends to a "good time".
- With this new passion, he's now sailed back to Regalia in hopes to cause trouble and gain a new customer base. Perhaps even find some rare materials to use into new things.
- Neglected Actor
- Because of how he was raised, he looks for anything that'll get him attention. It doesn't matter to him if it's good or bad attention, as long as the spotlight is on him for just a little while. He doesn't even do it on purpose at times, subconsciously letting his troubled manner get to him.
- Arms Length.
- Raymond prefers to keep anyone he meets at an arms length, able to up and ghost if he ever needs to. He dislikes the notion of having more brothers or sisters, or even being viewed as family by others.
- Stubborn and Angry
- Despite being an annoyance, he despises when his actions catch up to him. The attention is good, sure, but the medical that comes from it is not. He's quick to anger anytime someone fights back or calls out that he's being a jerk, barking back at them with as much as he can throw at them before walking away like he's some kind of winner.
