This is False. It is an automatic system done by the server, not a command run by admins. It indeed, should have made you premium instantly. I have seen alot of these complaints on the forum today, and it may be a bug in the system.

Don't worry, you have prem assuming you paid, there is a bug that doesn't allow prems to join when the server is full

I've bough prem several times and I've always had to wait at least an hour. *laughs*

If you use lets say e-checks the waiting time is up to 4 days.
