- A former soldier of the Bene Rexit that followed orders as they are handed down to him. He is not very religious, although he has recently converted to Draconism, and more so is duty oriented. Whatever that duty may be.
- Zayat stands at seven feet with a relatively lanky, but toned build. He usually wears mixtures of green and black, browns, or grays. He has purple scales and greyed horns, along with one light blue and another purple eye and a pair of horns.

Life Story
- Zayat was born in a relatively normal Isldarin household, and raised in the communal fashion in the capital city of the Isldar peoples. Said house was known for its archers and Dramarys Dragonkin, though Zayat would not uphold this legacy very well in the years to come.
- His childhood consisted of standardized teachings along with some others, namely Nahiyan and Ilsevel Seriendi, before ending up conscripted as most Isldar do.
- He spent the next years of his life on various patrols in the wastes against Dorkarthi regulars, honing skills in guerilla warfare within the 772nd Patrol Group under Vyara Mirvaana's leadership. This is where he learned marksmanship, rather than following in the footsteps of his forebearers with bow and whistling arrow.
- Upon the outbreak of civil war following the Frozen Choice, Zayat chose the side of the Rexit to pay homage to the being that he thought 'saved' his people. After some time, along with a promotion in the 772nd Patrol Group to Division Head, he was ordered to follow his comrades into the capital of Regalia.
- With the Isldar Civil War drawing to a quiet close, he finds himself at a crossroads with no real direction.
Plot Hooks
- Zayat participated in the war against Dorkarth on the side of the Isldar. This can mean that he met a character within one of the many facets of the Isldarin military or that he fought against them if they hail from Dorkarth.
- He is a staunch hater of Dwarves, with bigoted views against them stemming from the lingering distrust and distaste between the two peoples born out of the ongoing conflict.
- Tea, and all manners of preparing it, are of great interest to Zayat. So much so that tea briquettes (bricks of tea leaves packed together) are sometimes used in exchange for goods and services.
- Zayat is known to be a mercenary of sorts, with prices related to the above love for tea as well as Isldar diraams. Not all things are palatable to him, and some deeds are off the table.
