    Visual Information

    Body Description

    • Robin comes at a height of Five foot eight inches (5’8”) and weighs in at nearly One-hundred-seventy pounds from both natural circumstances and the increased weight of Vampires, most of her strength being in her arms and upper torso, the weakest part of her near warrior, Athletic form is her legs. She has had one of her fingers removed by Robin herself in a fit of anger and depression.

    • Robins once tan skin has been slightly paled by her newfound Vampiric affliction. Her face has been scarred, almost ritualistically, to resemble the same scars Marrok had. The hood of her surcoat is down more often than not, however it works as a defense against what sunlight she may find herself in. A red linen band ties around her left arm while a removable steel jack chain is buckled over her right, her outfit is often joined with a bandolier of pouches from which she keeps generally empty so that she may loot the dead and dying. Twin baldrics hold up her two swords when she feels confident enough to wear them.

    • She often holds the Mask of her now deceased friend as both an item with special meaning and part of her general ensemble when doing work of a questionable nature.
    Behavior Information

    Personality Traits

    • Driven: Once Robin’s mind is set on a goal there is little that will dissuade her from it, not even a blade to her throat will stop her dedication to her goals in a sort of zealous state. This can be both a good and bad thing as she might end up injured. Most of the time though she reaches her goal no matter the sacrifice.

    • Greedy: Nothing, not even her closest friend matters to her when she’s met with a pile of gold or other such valuables bringing her into a state of pure disregard for the lives of others, almost as if stepping on ants during her walk to “Victory”. This isn’t limited to just valuables, anything that may be worth a little extra Regals will peak her interest. Muggings aren't uncommon when she is around and so are missing wallets.

    • Overindulgent: No matter what, Robin’s former depression has always made her feed even without need or cause, causing her to attack people for blood and such much more often than needed. Even after her depression ended it became the norm for her. She often sucks the life out of someone completely when feeding if she goes into her deep feeding state, making it hard to get her off the poor victim.

    • Impatient: Despite her mentor's words Robin often finds herself preferring to rush into fights head on, sometimes bringing her into situations even her quick thinking cannot help her escape and this brings her to a rage when she does get into such situations with her Impatience. Her impatience mainly includes anything that requires waiting like eating, fighting, hunting or simple talking.

    • Self-Centered: Robin often views herself as the most important person in the room, often bringing her to completely disregard and even ignore others who may have a shred of Authority. It causes her to fall lower on the respective views of others, making her lose even more attention.

    • Clever: Despite her often impatient behavior, Robin always tries to account for everything. Whether with witty remarks or planning, she tries to keep herself and her plans to a point as often as possible. This is what makes her an excellent leader and why many choose to follow her. Her plans are detailed and with help can be carried out flawlessly.

    • Selfish: She often will not share anything, even if it has no use to her, making it harder to have any semblance of friendship with anyone other than those she holds closely. Sadly this pushes those away from her, leaving her with the only ones she can truly trust. It’s almost as if it’s a test to see if someone can handle her stingy-ness.

    • Confident: Robin holds a lot of confidence in herself, believing that she is more able and smarter than others. Confidence sticks around her everywhere, no matter where she is. It’s something that is hard to shatter and can strike the nerves of those who oppose her. This confidence can lead her to take on enemies who are more adept in her, but she can often confuse them with how much she believes in herself.
    Likes

    • Open Aired locations; Nothing beats the smell of the Ocean’s breeze, or the smell of an open field to Robin, often bringing her into relaxed. even happy state as the open air reminds her closely of her home. She doesn’t mind the city but it’s cramped buildings and streets aren't a good thing. This commonly drives her to avoid crowds and small spaces.

    • Fighting: Nothing makes the woman happier than watching, even participating in a good fight or two, the more likely someone is to die the better the fight in her opinion, even going so far as to cheer on the death of one or more fighters. Robin may even go out of her way to cause a fight or jump into one.

    • Being praised: Her confidence is fueled by being praised but doesn’t completely thrive on praise as she is able to handle herself. Despite her self-assured nature praises often fuel her Ego. This sometimes leads her to being over confident or big headed, upsetting others.

    • Violence: Violence can mean so many things to her. It can control people and it can make people fear her. To her, it’s helpful and it’s something that she thinks that everyone constantly needs. Not only is it helpful but it’s fun! Robin’s everyday life contains violence so this is a reason as to why she loves it.
    Dislikes

    • Children: They constantly run around and scream. It’s something to not a lot of people can handle and one of those people is Robin. She sees them as some sort of annoying nuisance. Why should anyone spend the time or money to raise something that will leave you after a certain age. A servant is not as annoying and costs less in the long run is what she thinks.

    • Idealism: Idealists are often met with harsh remarks from the Girl, seeing their views as foolish and the like, because of this if anyone shows any extended level of Idealism she’d simply stop talking to them. They don’t use common sense and are guided by false visions. This is the ultimate level of foolishness to her.

    • Slavery: Robin’s hatred of slavery came during her own suffering at the hands of the Slavers which had occurred for several months, Now she harbours a strong distrust and even hatred for Slavers, bringing her to often than not day-dream of ways to make them suffer their own medicine. The rage she possesses can sometimes lead her to freeing slaves or attacking the owner of them.

    • Cowardice: Robin, being the arrogant woman she is, has a deep resentment to those who are cowards. She tells the people who fight alongside her “If you run, I’ll kill you myself.” She believes showing fear or being a coward is showing weakness and could possibly be punishable by death. Her way of thinking is harsh but keeps her alive through the day.

    Abilities and Disabilities

    Strengths

    • Experienced Sword user: Robin has trained in swordplay since her early adolescence at the age of 15 with her father, and brothers guidance, and she often uses this experience to boot in her adventures with Cael’s crew and practices whenever she has time to herself.

    • Brutal: Robin is a rather brutal individual. Her lack of empathy is not only attributed to her involvement with the Dark Disease, but was also drilled into her head by the members of her Kindred. Especially Marrok. When not striking from the shadows she fights with a near reckless abandon, acting as the berserker she had been trained to be.

    • Quick Thinker: Having wit on her side, she’s always been quick to think of a solution to a problem whether it be a good solution or a bad, she’s always thinking of the situation at hand and any and all ways to make it in her, and her allies favour.
    Weaknesses

    • Weak Knee: Robin has a weakened left knee, often making excessive running and lifting a bit more of a trouble, this originating from when her leg was broken in a “sailing accident.” Other effects it has is during cold weather her bone starts to “lock-up” making moving a bit more difficult for the woman.

    • Self-Centered/ Large Ego: Robin’s large Ego/Self-centered nature misguides her sense of worth for others. often viewing people who may be beneficial in the long run to be considering nothing but a pest and with such, and also affects her combat as she often misjudges how good an opponent might be, such as underestimating them and their worth.

    • Inexperienced with Ranged: Due to her life’s focus on swordplay, Robin is utterly terrible when it comes to any form of Ranged attacks, more likely to shoot herself than anyone else and this limits her to only really being able to get up close to fight, trying to use a bow is pretty much suicide for the woman.

    Combat Styles

Robin is generally an offensive fighter, more focused on bringing her target down than defending herself, using a series of slashes, stabs and punches what she may call swordsmanship is generally an Un-styled and random mix of the aforementioned attacks often using taunts to trick the enemy into slipping up so that an opening may present itself, often prefferring to stay in combat unless the odds are greatly against her.

    Weapons of Choice

Robin was given the somewhat damaged weapons of her deceased friends & family seemingly by chance. Marrok’s shattered Langmesser was a gift from one friend and comrade who had retrieved Marrok’s corpse. and Jack’s Dussack was lent to her for “safekeeping” before his untimely execution. While she doesn’t fight with both at once, she is decently proficient with them both, practicing with them in whatever moment she finds time. She also keeps a stiletto dagger hidden in her boot at all times. However the weapons are often left on the Ship in which she works.

    Relationships

Alora Dawn (@Lazzulai)- Close friend and Mother figure: Robin often revered this woman as her savior, having been the one to take her into the world of crime, and being the one who originally infected her with the Qan-Ata bloodline to begin with and even after, Alora served as both her friend and mother figure up until her death.

Marrok Aethelwulf (@Ullfhednar)- Father Figure and close friend: Robins now deceased friend and mentor in the ways of pursuit predation and ambush tactics. Whilst at first he was cruel to the woman after awhile they had decided to end the hostilities and began working on ways to further themselves which unfortunately ended up with him dying.

Blake Pac - (@TechPac who is sadly no longer playing here.) Acquaintance: Robin only met Blake a handful of times during her stay in Ellador, Befriending some of his clan but unfortunately not Blake himself.

Torikku Sagi (@empaul47) - Friend: Torikku is one of the few people that Robin had taken a liking to, As he was one of the few in Willem’s group who had the nerve to do things the others would never agree on and as such Robin prefers to be in his and Sophie’s company more than any others.

Captain Khalidas ‘Cael’ Rhys (@JakkDhread) - Leader.and Close friend: Captain Cael is someone Robin would follow until the ends of Aloria itself, often viewing him as someone worthy of both her respect and loyalty and as such she often accompanies him and his crew in their travels.

Sophie Perrot (@Patsie01) Close Friend: Sophie and Robin met awhile back and quickly befriended each other, and eventually both were made into Qan-Ata by Alora Dawn (@Lazzulai), however this has put a strain on their friendship.

    Life Story
    Birth and Early Childhood:

Robin was born on the 6th of April, 277 to Leontyne and James Holforth in a poor Ithanian town She was the second female born to the family being born before her brother Reginald, and after her brother and sister respectively, Jack and Helen. Her mother was often abusive to the young child, trying to drown it and otherwise injure it at points, thinking it should’ve never been born, saved only by the vigilance of her father.

When Robin reached the age of eight she was taught how to sew and do other-such chores around the house her by her Mother who mistreated her more often than her first years by piling large amounts of hard-work on the young girl. As her Brothers learned how to do farm and other such manual labours for the Town’s workforce, she was forced to do arduous work one wouldn’t expect as small child to do so frequently as say, a grown adult. However after a few months of house work and mistreatment her father took her out into the city, giving her the best treats his meager pay could provide and taught her and Reginald about what it would be like to travel. Sparking a sense of adventure in the young children and as the months passed they started asking more and more of the world outside of Ithania and eventually their father promised to take them out to sea with him on his next job if the Captain of the vessel agreed. Luckily enough Captain Dhalveris let James take his two children aboard the ship as they set out to do trade in other lands such as the city of Regalia and several other port towns along the path there. This brought on Robin’s love of the ocean and sailing in general as seeing the sights of the world from the ocean the two children returned home later that week. Awestruck on what they had seen, they promised each other that they would do this again sometime.

    Teenage Years:
The fifteen-year old Robin and her family had by now, moved to another location in Ithania. Into a small Ceardian-based town, this was where she began to train in working as a shipwright and general sailor. Her father, now in his late forties, had began to train Reginald and Robin as he did with Jack a few years ago. As she slowly but steadily learnt how to use a blade she stepped up her work at the local docks, unloading cargo and the like, this is where she bumped into Captain Dhalveris again. After a short while talking after their reunion of sorts, Dhalveris offered Robin a place aboard his ship as a deckhand, and general helper, she refused and headed home once more to train and the like. These months of her life being generally quiet as she trained in using her sword. Her mother at this point had fallen sick and Reginald, Helen and Robin stayed behind whilst James and Jack went out to work day in day out. After her mother recovered the abuse from her resumed, forcing her to flee her home and live with her brother, Jack who at this point had ended up homeless.

    Adult Life:

After a number of years upon the street, learning the ways of pickpocketing and thievery, she and her brother found herself wandering closer and closer to the docks, often daydreaming of vast quantities of riches and the open sea. And she did so, tagging along with captains until she found herself in the middle of a raid, the merchant's ship she was travelling on was attacked by Qadiric pirates who took the Merchants, Jack and Robin as pit-fighting slaves here she endured brutal months of fighting and whipping which scar’s her body even to this day. Whilst stuck as a pit-fighter she won a few times by playing dirty, however failure was the thing she was met with the most bringing more and more punishment from the pirates including them breaking her leg at the knee in what they call a “Sailing accident”. During these months it was then that Jack had been badly wounded in a pit-fighting accident that she finally had finally made peace with what seemed to be her future as a slave, letting herself have as much rest as time would allow her. Later into that night she awoke to the shaking of the ship and the pirates speaking on a foreign tongue. The pirates were under attack by the looks. Running up onto the deck of the ship amidst the chaos she saw a ship crawling with Ailor. She called out from on the deck, grabbing their attention and in the ensuing battle Jack had been dealt a fatal wound. As the ship sank she swam towards the seemingly friendly ship. After tirelessly explaining her story to the ship’s Captain he agreed to take her to their next stop, Regalia. During the travel Robin was crying near-constantly, and even removed one of her own fingers in the process.

Inside of the holy city itself, she met a group of thugs led by one Willem de Blouscheur and another man by the name of Cael Rhys, with no money and little where else to go she joined Willem’s group whilst her mental wounds healed. Working as general Muscle and harassing the group’s targets. After a while she was “rewarded” by one of the group’s leaders, Alora Dawn with what would be known as the Qan-Ata bloodline which she cured herself of rather quickly, not liking the Bloodline itself. She trained under Alora and Marrok whilst having her own thoughts of defecting to Cael, at which point she became infected with the Dra’lonias bloodline and continued to serve Marrok and Alora up until their deaths. She then turned to Cael for a place to belong and was somewhat ecstatic when he allowed her to join his crew.

    Reviiiieeewwwwww. @ForsakenSlayer

    • Ceardia fell around fifty years ago, so Robin couldn’t have been born or raised there.

    • Why, and what, is Robin “avenging”? Is she avenging her “friend Alora Dawn and her mentor Marrok Aethelwulf”? Try to be more specific.

    • Keep in mind that Robin likely won’t be able to carry swords around in Regalia, as possessing weapons without a permit is illegal.

    • Gluttonous is an extremely specific trait, and might not necessarily affect personality toooo much. Is Robin overindulgent, instead? Combined with what you already have for the gluttonous trait, and that she seems to steal for more than just necessity, this seems to be an accurate trait that would say more about her character.

    • Why did Robin’s mother feel that the child should have never been born? And, if she was so abusive, and tried to drown and injure her… How is Robin still alive?

    • Robin’s father treated her kindly, but never tried to stop her mother’s abuse?

Overall, a rather well-written application, though you’ll have to fix the above edits. :)
