A lot of the information in this has turned to be outdated and I'm going with a complete rewrite of the application which will be put through staff review once more. Basic Information Aron Santorski is a 32 year old Ailor male. Aron Santorski was born in lower Drixagh, located in the north-eastern section of the Regalian Archipelago. Aron was the first born son to his father Feliks Santorski and mother Helia Santorski. He soon had his brother Marcel born only a little over four years after his birth, and his sister Lidia six years after his birth. Aron currently lives in his Regalian house, this being of rather high quality. Aron’s primary goal is to bring prestige, glory, and independence back to House Santorski, after their deep political dive following the Battle of Calemberg. Visual Information Body Description Overall Aron has a muscular body build, this corresponding to his rather tall height of 6’ 4’ with a maintained weight of around 210 pounds. His build consists of apparent muscular arms, legs, and an apparently well worked torso, giving him an almost “chiseled” look. He obviously lacks little in the matters of muscular endurance and capability, making him into an almost brutish sort of figure. Aron has rather pale skin throughout his body, deriving from his Northerne heritage. Up and down both his arms are covered with Northerne styled tattoos, consisting of straight blue markings. His skin is riddled with various scars of different sizes and shapes, the majority of them being stabs or cuts from swords. On his chest is a decent amount of body hair that goes over his torso, along with a small bit on his back as well. His arms are almost completely lacking, while his legs hold an apparent amount on them. Head Description Aron has an oval-like facial structure, accompanied by his rather large flat-bridged nose and his hardly noticeable cheekbones. He has a mouth rather irrelevant in size, being an average on in itself. His face is a bit flat, not really coming out all too much, and his chin is pointed downward to correspond with this. Overall he has a rather large head to make this more fitting, and it is a rather noticeable feature to him. Aron has a light shade of blue to his eyes, these correspond to give a very authoritarian and menacing appearance to others. His facial hair consists of a chin strap and strongly noticeable sideburns, these go down his face quite prevalently. His hair is pulled back into a singular pony tail and kept short st the sides. It is a strongly noticeable blond color, as most Santorskis have in their hair. Aron has a good amount of ear piercings on both his ears, and also has quite the scar going down the left side of his face. Clothing and Accessories On Aron’s left arm there is a single purple sash that goes around it, this is just a part of his outfit that has no relevance. He wears two black gloves on both of his hands, these have some purple and silver upon them as well. There is a large purple sash that goes around his torso, as well a strap with a small Phoenix badge on it so he can carry whatever on his back.On his les he ha simple black pants, leading down to his black boots at the bottom of his outfit. He owns a necklace that represents the God of fire that he keeps in one of his pockets. He decides to only wear this only when going into battle, hoping that she may assist him in war. Behavior Information Personality Traits Blunt, narcissistic, stubborn. logical, reserved, observant, thoughtful. angry/impulsive, domineering, aggressive, sadistic devout, loyal, obsessive. Likes TO BE CHANGED Action: Typical for a Northerne warrior as himself, Aron loves diving into violence and action that can occur around him. Despite most consequences, his arrogance usually drives him to situations like these on several different occasions. Dominance: Aron finds a subconscious high enjoyment of being a “dominant” male in society. He half intentionally does this by keeping his physical form well in check, and often talking down on others, or worse. Wrestling: Along with his brother, Aron developed a liking for the sport, popularizing it to whoever he could in his youth. Although he does enjoy most fighting in general, he finds wrestling to be a good hobby. Tactics: The majority of Aron’s education has been based around military, and through this he has become well versed in leading an army and tactics. The major reason he enjoys tactics is that he has well ability in it, making him feel all the more dominant. Opium: Aron has fallen under a small physical addiction to the drug after using it to ease pain. He will often share it with others, and sees it as a great way to socialize. Dislikes TO BE CHANGED Overly Posh: Aron can be found to be a rather casual person, he has lost most his care for etiquette after losing status of nobility, but when it comes to those who seemingly flaunt it he is easil aggrivated. They simply make him uncomfortable. Dishonor: Having been raised in Northerne society, bringing dishonor to either his House or land would be a heavy disgrace to him. This also somewhat plays in failure, but it is mostly kept to dishonoring. This also applies to others dishonoring him. Non-Ailor: After fighting in a total of three wars against different races, Aron has become exceedingly racist to anyone not of Ailor heritage. One more than one occasion Aron has questioned his faith because of his growing similarities with Unionists, though he has no push to convert. Cowards: Another one deriving from being raised in Northerne society, Aron has a lust for war and fighting and dying valiantly in battle. Those who would run are dishonorable, and complete disgraces to Aron. Following: Aron cannot stand being a follower, or under the command of another man's words. He will usually find ways to take lead on his own, honking himself now competent than any commander. Romance: After the passing of Lenora and disappearance of an ex-lover, Aron has discontinued advancing onto free women. It isn't rare to find him in a brothel, having it rid any temptations he has. Abilities and Disabilities TO BE CHANGED Strengths Combat: Being trained with the bardiche, lance, and hand-to-hand combat; Aron is highly skilled in brutal fighting, especially with his alpha male type of thinking that has compelled him to have higher skill. He expresses this greatly in war, and would easily be considered a skilled fighter. Courageous: Aron has a tendency to show little signs of fear when in the face of death or anything that would strike fear. He usually keeps a calm and inciteful look, except in the midst of battle. This tendency mostly comes from his faith, believing his fate has already been decided, making him wish to make the best of his life until it comes. Commanding: Having completed all of his noble education in regards to leading an army, Aron is skilled with tactics, strategy, and playing a leading role in a battle. His life revolves around war and the likes. Might: Overall Aron is high in muscular strength and endurance, giving him the ability to use his might without it wearing out quickly. This is an obviously noticeable strength by looking over his appearance. Weaknesses Brutish Figure: Aron overall looks like a typical Northerne warrior, and this will often give off the stereotypical idea of only being such. This also has a tendency to drive people off, and can come to a disadvantage to him in aspiring ranks. Insecure: Aron truthfully has a fear of not being up to par, or lacking highly in ability. He handles this by continually flaunting his alpha male thought process, and continues to push himself. Healing Left Leg: After having gone into a bloody fight with a number of Qadir soldiers, Aron took a large wound in his left leg. The full recovery of this will take a long time, this causes Aron to use his right leg more prominently. Anger Control: In some situations Aron will be unable to control his anger and go entirely berserk on someone. While this could be seen as a strength in combat at times, it altogether plays as a burden to Aron more than anything. He encounters this easily if enraged, and has not taken many steps to control it. Knight's Disease: Aron has a light case of PTSD, this came from his victories in the Chrysant Wars. The company of Slizzars can easily delve him into a fit of rage and aggression, becoming quickly violent about them. This can also occur around larger sea predators and maiar. Monophobia: This is a relatively new fear to Aron, having only developed after the death of his cousin Lenora Santorski. Although Aron tries to come off as an independent figure, he has to cope with the fear of being utterly alone. Though he can function fine with the knowledge of being able to go to someone he knows easily, if he is separated far from people he can begin to panic. Aron copes with this by becoming extremely attached to a single person or a few people at a time, and should they die or threaten to leave his presence, he starts to have issues with this weakness. Combat Styles Close-range: In close-range combat Aron will take a highly offensive approach, usually with his arming sword and shield in hands. He uses ferocity in battle, though also keeps a good head to know when to be able to defend himself well, making this approach have a good defensive nature to it as well. He will use is sword to parry blows and strike quickly, while always moving on his feet. He strikes precisely and fast during this, and uses good form and tactic. Calvary: While on a horse, Aron will trade out his usual sword for a spear, in order for him to reach with longer range. This consists of stabbing through or even skewring his enemies, using precision in order to not fail in this process. He has practiced this quite well, and has lead calvarly charges on more than one occasion. Berserker: This is an all out last resort or if Aron is feeling arrogant, he uses this one as a physiological tactic against his enemies. Usually clad in a heavy weapon of sorts and without armor nor shirt, as well as bleeding from self-given wounds. Aron will try any attempt to strike fear into the enemy as he charges them, though he does this more subconsciously. Though this would usually be fueled by rage, he avoids it at most costs if he can. They usually are very friendly to one another and easily enjoy eachother's company in whole, though Marcel is Aron's first pick to let loose his anger on. Aron also tends to be a lot less stern around him, mainly because of Marcel's friendly nature. Lenora Santorski [Deceased]: Aron has admired Lenora's beauty ever since he returned from his first visit to Regalia, which had lasted a few years. She was dedicated tone capture the goddess Ellea in her lifetime, and Aron still thinks to this day that she was the physical embodiment of said goddess. The two of them were in a romantic relationship for a short while before she died. He still wonders as to why her earthly embodiment was taken, he mostly believes it was the wrath of the other gods. Casimir Santorski [@Jotunn ]: Aron doesn't really know what to think of Casimir. The two of them were never exactly close yet not distant, though Casimir has always been a laughing stock, he still values the man as family. Liam Typhonus [@Careylicious ]: Aron still considers Liam to be a friend but as of recent events the two of them have grown distant. They initially befriended after the entire Calemberg situation, and from then on had grown to trust one another. Aron is starting to frown upon him, thinking that he has lost value in honor and loyalty as of recent. Thomas Kade [@Tahmas ]: The both of them are old friends that's have grown distant from one another since his return from Drixagh. He is slowly losing a sense of respect for Thomas, as all he sees him doing is being in the company of different Elven women and children. This has given Aron odd suspicions, and makes him think that the man is slowly being weakened to a more womanly state by being surrounded by all the maidens. Melania Floriani [@LimeCrime ]: Aron does not think much of the women, other than her being a final push to keep himself away from romance. He found her to cause him to waste of much time, though he enjoys her company as a friend if she's not acting secluded. Caterina Floriani [@Dracon448 ]: While the woman seemingly despises him, he is quite neutral on her. He disrespects her for her morals and way of thought, though aside from this he doesn't necessarily dislike her. Anya Maksimov [@Malavis ]: Another few of Aron's ex-lovers, Aron distanced himself from the woman when he felt stuck with her. Aron currently fears that she holds his child, though he is entirely unknowing as she seemingly dissapeared from existence. Christopher Black [@Film_Noir ]: Aron sees Christopher as petty, cowardly, and disgusting. After strictly instructing the man to not act on certain ways, he was entirely ignored and went behind Aron's back. Ulric Typhonus [@Catcat1305 ]: Aron respects Ulric, but that doesn't mean he necessarily likes him. As of recent Aron has given up on trying to fix relations between their houses, and has went on to being jokingly sarcastic around him, this has lead Ulric's hated only growing in turn. Isabel Kade [@verityg ]: Aron has lost what he thinks of Thomss' daughter. He notices her act generous and kind to nearly anyone, but also refuses to face it as as a fact, and believes she is only putting on an act. He plans to eventually make her open up and make an aquaintance out of her. Graeton Pileran [@Steltral ]: Aron doesn't really enjoy Graeton too much, primarily because he is a politician. He doesn't give him much trust, expectin him to be the usual political snake that seems to trend throughout nobility. Spyra Pateralays [@LeoTheBootyful ]: Aron can't stand this woman. In his opinion, she never quiets her foreign singing, she is easily attached, and overly emotional. He generat avoids this woman, despite the short past they had. Tristan Lampero [@SupremeCripple ] Aron subconciously wisheshe could somehow befriend the man, but he does not care much that he is hated by him. He believes the both of them have similar interests, and Tristan simply lacks to realize his heritage and gods correctly. Another important note is that he believes Tristan almost being able to match him in combat, but due to Aron's narcissism he donuts he could ever be defeated by him. Benji Harper [@Eliza_Nightly ]: Though Aron has yet to fully understand the man, he found their meeting valuable. He sees a future in befriending this one, though for a reason he is not quite aware of himself. Effie Monnedova [@SumDumNoob ]: A friend and daughter figure to Aron. He sees her as incompetent to keep her family in check, and giving off a rather childish way of thought. Often Aron fixes her problems for her, and takes pleasure in doing so; Aron enjoys keeping himself busy. Estelle Monnedova [@Death??? ]: Another daughter figure to Aron. This is much more apparent though, through a strew of events he has become her guardian, mainly because danger surrounds her. The danger attracts Aron forth, as he had not met actual combat for a while. Aron has felt a small attraction for the woman, but not impactful enough for him to break his habit of brothels. Rei Kanter [@NariA7x ]: The two of them are old friends recently met anew. He doesn't know Rei very personally, though she has proven quite an enjoyable person to have opium with, this basing their friendship. On another hand, Aron is still not sure what to think of her magical abilities. Life Story Aron’s birth was quite the eventful one, crowded around with different Old Gods priests, family, and other sorts of people that would be involved with such. Aron, although not mainline, was the firstborn of his generation of House Santorski, making this day quite important in the Earldom, as the house still held the lands during this. He came out with quite the clean birth, to surprise, and was a cherished child in his beginning, until his years would soon progress. Nevertheless, as a child Aron was loud, very loud. He really would hardly ever shut up, going on and on about gibberish and nothing that made any sort of sense. He would often be kept in a closed room with his caretakers, and this caused even more problems. Running was nearly a hobby of his, and he would always try to make his way out. The first three years of his life were hectic, and he was a horrid child in his first years. Though this was not to last for a long time, he was soon aging in his years. Once was around the age of four, the disciplining would begin. Personally brought on by his father of course, Aron was disciplined and learned to quiet himself when he should, this was mostly taught through physical sorts of punishment brought on. Though, this also began his interest in becoming a knightly sort of person, having seen Northerne warriors by this age, and other figures that would go against each other in combat. Although it was typical for a Northerne boy as himself, it happened nevertheless, and he would even go to toying with a wooden sword he carved out. Although it was first conceived a harmless childly act, he soon met one of the local baron’s children that were around the age of his own. This soon resulted in Aron giving the boy a severe beating with the makeshift sword he had, it would later be broken up after. Aron’s sense of dominance developed from this little fight between the two of them, although displeased with the punishment he had been given for his acts, he still knew that he beat him. That was all that mattered at the time. It was quite a petty way to develop such a prominent feature of his life, but it soon continued to show, especially in the next years that were to come. At age 5 Aron had begun his basic education, as was custom throughout the Archipelago. Most of this was quite basic; reading, basic mathematics, language, etc. Most of these bored him evermore, and he continued to be a problem child with these, though these 5 years did have relevance to them. He also learned his basic morality, ways of life, logic, and the birth of his younger brother Magnus and sister Lidia took place in these years. Magnus was nothing really to him, a child being six years younger couldn’t really do all too much with him, and Aron was not quite fond with being around infants. He never got along quite well with his cousin Lenora either, usually avoiding her as he could. She was such a cocky girl in his eyes, even at the young age she was, Aron thought her to be an annoyance simply out of dominance issues. He made a deal of friends as well, children of local nobility, himself being the sort of leader of his little group of friends. They constantly got into fights over petty things though; someone mistakenly tripped another, someone’s short height, sometimes for no reason at all, really. Finally these five years had passed though, Aron now having basic education and a more structured and less hectic personality to himself. It was time he had an education focus. To his own and his father’s choice, Aron entered military education, specifically in learning to command an army and being a strategist. He continued this for a year, before adding onto the load of work again, now being more busy than a college student at age 11. Northerne culture often implied that the generals and leaders of armies were also very well fit warriors, and Aron began to train daily with the bardiche, as well as continue his studies so that he may be up to par. It was exhausting work for Aron as he continued onto his teenage years, one of his only hobbies was wrestling, which was basically a more enticing way to continue his progression. All of these pressures led Aron to be antisocial and quiet during his early teenage and childhood years. He enjoyed the training and wrestling though, it was in his nature to be a violent warrior, and he excelled in it. Although not exactly fond of his studies involving commanding and strategy, he kept to them religiously, and despite his nature he continued to excel to his best ability in that as well. No romantic advantages or anything of the sort were made during his teenage years, though his preference for women was made obvious, he made no attempts at having any sort of kind. At age 14, Aron picked up the lance and began to further learning to ride, although he knew the basics of it he wouldn’t survive on the battlefield with it then. This was also around the age where he learned swordsmanship as to be diverse in his fighting. He was much more disciplined at this age and began to develop to be more serious for the next years of his life. He found cavalry to be a basic feat, and he easily adapted to the horse and lance, though he preferred being on the ground with his bardiche personally, he still kept it as his primary fighting style and has even adapted his ground weapon to calvary in the past ten years of his life. Life was going well for him, though he soon came into more situations. Some boy around his age, spited him out of envy, it was like something from a storybook, but he went on to challenge Aron to wrestle. That wasn’t really uncommon among Northerne culture, wrestling was a test of a man’s strength and ability. Aron duly accepted such a challenge, the boy was a bit bigger than he was at the time, but the both of them matched each other in strength. Aron still clearly remembers him, dark brown hair and light eyes, he also had a bit of a beard as well, but all those details are irrelevant. Aron and the boy, Derik named, continued to go against eachother for a good while. Aron’s alpha male mentality simply wouldn’t allow him to lose, and as the two of them would begin becoming exhausted. Aron was enraged, and eventually was able to get ontop of him as they kept wrestling. Aron continued onto viciously pummel him, this soon lead to the death of the boy from the shear beating. This affected Aron’s life, and made him more defensive of people’s lives; after they had worked out all of the issues it caused, Aron eventually was proven to have simply defended himself by the law. Though the following year for Aron was met with nothing but lonesome, he was generally avoided out of fear of his actions. It was no long after he struck 15 years of age that he left Drixagh, sailing for Sendras. Aron made his way into the Chrysant War under a false name as to avoid being tracked down by anyone who would, though in the end those efforts were pointless as no one did try to track him down. In order to properly do this, Aron identified himself as an Iron Bulwark, probably one of the few if not only Old Gods worshippers within it, though he never expressed his faith with other Bulwarks. The next five years of Aron's life were filled with danger and glory havin taken any opportunity he could to fight on his feet. Aron took part in many extermination groups to fight and/or kill what was not shelled by cannons in the city. These five years gave him the experience of real war, following, and leading, after spending his dreaded past five learning from books or training. Aron's self morals shifted as well, along with his ability to socialize with others. Though out of this war Aron also developed Knight's Disease from the final battles, along with an everlasting hatred of non-Ailor. It would not be until later in his life until he would realize what he was fighting for, this making him hold a neutral relation to the war itself. In the end he took part in a number of battles, his self confidence growing immensely as he brought an end to each Slizar he did. At age 20, Aron made his first change of residence in his life, and went to the city of Regalia to further his education in matters of commanding an army and strategy. He stayed and learned with many different military officials, though he took no official apprenticeships from any of them. Four years of his life were spent in the capital doing this, Aron made no visits to Zastorzy during this, keeping sure most of it was spent within the capital in order to further his ability. Regarding his personal life, Aron began to make a few friends within the capital, though he was still quite nothing to the nobility that were there, and he tried to keep himself diluted from their presence. Aron found himself in the Regalian Guard for a while, mostly just to keep himself busy, as it was mostly just voluntary choice. He enjoyed it though, even with the close encounters to death it came, it gave some more combat experience, even if the majority of whom he fought were petty criminals and vampires. Finally these four years passed, and Aron had reached the age of 24 to return to Drixagh. He stayed all about that part of the Archipelago, travelling from place to place as he continued with his studies, as well as testing himself against the local warrior groups in towns and villages. He continued to be evermore competitive with this time of his life, before he officially settled back down with his family in Zastorzy, he was around the year 28 at this time. He didn’t quite enjoy settling back down, at his age, he felt as if he had deserved to have been commanding in a battle by this age, or received some sort of position in the military. But alas, he didn’t, and he was stuck in Zastorzy. The next two years were simply him finishing the rest of his military education, trekking through the dregs of what he had yet to entirely complete, with little effort considering his current knowledge. Though his wishes were finally appeased at the age of thirty, when he was within the capital once again. Tensions betweens the House Santorski and House Typhonus had been growing ever since Lenora made her appearance in the capital, and after while of toying with one another, battle finally broke out. During all of this, Lenora purposefully charmed and seduced Aron to further his loyalty. This had a much larger effect on him than expected, causing him to become obsessed with Lenora, and developed into a servant to her willing. During the summer of 302 AC, one of the largest battles on Regalian soil had begun, the Battle of Calemberg. Aron was still untested in commanding battle, though fueled by a mix of narcissism, lust, and bloodthirst. It began with a cavalry charge, his own against the now Lord of Calemberg’s, Ulric, accompanied with the brother of the Emperor Thomas Kade, and area other prominent figures who respected the Typhonus name. Aron and the Consortium cavalry destroyed the Typhonus’ and Kades, and the battle continued with all sorts of happenings. The Lampero made their attempt to turn on the Lo and Santorski armies, but in the end it was no use to the tactic that they had. In the end, the battle was won, and Aron having the type of glory he wanted, but a high cost at that came afterward. Freya had made her turn on the empire a matter of weeks after the battle, and Lenora took punishment for her involvement with the woman. Death, and complete loss of all titles for House Santorski. Aron still made his attempts to assist in the Elven war after that, motivated by an odd sense of vengeance for Lenora's death, but once that war was over he was meaningless to Regalia. Constant defaming to House Santorski was ensued by Regalian loyalists,and at the same time he faced the newfound pressure of leading his family. He spent a good six months in Drixagh after this time, before the Sultanate war beginning with him having no ability to involve himself, or so he thought. In early 303 AC, Aron returned to the heart of the Empire, and he was ready to once again fight in any battle he could. He wishes to die honorably. After three months back in the city Aron developed addiction to both opium and brothels, also spending hours a say pushing himself in training. Him and his brother Marcel once again found a close brotherly relationship, and Aron's amount of socializing has skyrocketed. He has had a few skirmishes with Qadir soldiers in the city, and has fought large numbers of them on a rescue group to save Ulric Typhonus. Today he prepares for upcoming battle as the war progresses.
