Personality Option Two: The Core List Choose your Character Alignment Neutral/Chaotic Good- Zaru seeks to do whatever is necessary to help restore the Slizzar, in his home city of Sassrakkand. He will do it diplomatically or in war, the only difference is he has no interest in the current land the Ailor hold on the continents of Sendrass and Hadaria. Choose your Character Personality Type Executive- Large and in charge, Zaru feels most comfortable when leading and working with other leaders in order to achieve a goal. He believes it takes more than one to succeed, but it is important to have a defined leader of that group. Choose your Character's Religion Faith of Nessa / Dragon Worship- (9/10) Zaru is both a devout believer in the Faith of Nessa and Dragon Worship. He believes the two are connected and very important in daily life. Zaru worships all the Deep Sea Serpents but his chosen serpent is The Snake of Power, Vailess. He also worships most of the Dragons he knows of but has chosen the Blue Crown Dragon as his main Dragon. Life Story January 1st, 248 AC Born in the Sacred City of Sassrakkand he grew up in the cities most inner ring. Zaru was born on January 1st, 248 A.C. to two parents. His father was a General both in the Slizzar city and in his alternate life. His mother was a diplomat of the Slizzar and played roles in other race's politics as well as Slizzar politics. Zaru's parents were often away so they hired one of the retired mentors as more of a babysitter and later on, he would become Zaru's mentor. 1 - 5 Zaru was very ambitious to start working so at the age of four his mentor, Mikkasshi, began teaching him acrobatics and athletic training. By the time he was six and formal training could begin he already was much more athletic than his peers. 5 - 10 Mentor Mikkasshi was at the time 100 years old when he began training Zaru and was able to share a lot of expertise in many areas. Ages 6-10 were athletic training and training of the mind through games and books. Mentor Mikkasshi focused on perception, athletics, mental games (similar to chess), and books to learn race weaknesses and culture. This time was spent within the city walls and revolved around mastery of Slizzar culture and the other focuses of Mikkasshi above. 10 - 20 Ages 10-20 were a transition from knowledge to faith. For many years Zaru was taught everything about the Nessaraian faith and his Ssepston choosing day was near. On January 1st when he turned 15 he chose The Snake of Power, Vailess. He then received the mask which is used to honor the Sea Serpents through their way of life. Shortly after Mikkasshi taught Zaru about Dragon Worship and helped blend the two religions together. 20 - 40 Ages 20-40 were focused on glaive combat skills which Zaru took extremely seriously and worked tirelessly to outdo Mentor Mikkasshi who was one of the best blades men in Sassrakkand. In his free time, Zaru studied Economics, Bureaucracy, Law, Diplomacy, which he was naturally skilled in and required a short amount of time to master, and most importantly Command Skills. Roughly 20 plus years of his life Zaru studied all the different Command styles from Frontline Combat to Siege Combat. He first practiced basic sailing and Fortification art which he enjoyed a lot and was able to sail around the city and through its beautiful, yet deadly water. He was also tasked with building defenses if there was ever an attack on the city. He then studied Captain and Admiral tactics and maneuvers practicing them constantly. He enjoys the open ocean and has developed more skill at commanding a general group either ships or people, but is still skilled it tasked with focusing on one ship or group of men. Next was Frontline and General skill which he struggled with early on because of the lack of fluidity compared to ship command. In the end, he understood the differences and was able to become very knowledgeable. Lastly, he was to focus on Siege Command which he favored least because of the harm it can do to the innocent people inside the city. He still chooses to study it, but it is a last resort way of attack and would only hope to use it in a more defensive way. 40 - 50 Near the time before the siege of Sassrakkand Zaru was studying everyday training to become a statesman and warrior for the great city of Sassrakkand. Sadly, this was not to last forever because of the Ailor naval invasion and siege. During the siege, both of his parents were killed defending the outer walls, and shortly after Mentor Mikkasshi was sent deep inside the Regalian Empire to carry out the secret revenge attack. Post-Siege Zaru stayed behind for the next 7 years while also moving to Sendrassia to meet with the Allar and try to motivate a counter-attack but to no avail. Sadly when Mentor Mikkasshi returned at the age of 150, he died shortly after leaving Zaru alone except for the two prized swords he had crafted during his time traveling around Aloria. 50 - 60 In the past ten years, he has continued his work inside the city and Sendrass, but he has been constantly training and preparing for his mission. He has worked his way up in the Slizzar community and is ready to show what many decades of training can do. Spoiler: Snek

@Anarchizm I have completly reworked the proficiencies of the character into a way I think could create fun roleplay and I could assist in the Hadar war. I want to note the Command Skills are like that because I want him to be versatile in battles and be able to protect the Slizzar in multiple fronts. Also, he has only researched these Command Skills and has never actually used them in any battles besides when he partially defended his home. Lastly, I updated the story to fit the character skills and I hope you enjoy. Thanks for all the hard work on the update.
