Grilled pork mixed in a bright orange-red sauce offering a delicious sweet and sour taste.

Diced chicken mixed with a special sweet and sour sauce, tossed in dried chili, peanut, and served over a bed of rice with mixed vegetables.

⋟ Le'ku'te De'ing-fu (Ũ̌Ɛ̂ɞƕ ɎᵹɁᴖ) Aged Tofu
The milky tofu is tossed in a layer of egg yolk and lightly fried and served with black sauce.

Wontons are commonly boiled and served in soup or sometimes deep-fried.

Dumplings consist of minced meat and chopped vegetables wrapped into a thin piece of dough skin. Often served steamed or fried.

Crispy duck served with sweet bean sauce, or black sauce with mashed garlic.

⋟ Ksai'en Fu'ygy Ha'ing-te (ŦɎĨ̀ᶋ Ɂᶋʧ Ḹ̆ᵹᵹƕƸɞ) Stir Fry Noodle
This stir-fried dish consists of noodles, meat (usually chicken, beef, shrimp, or pork), onions and celery.

⋟ Ksai'se Luraen'lu (ŦɞŦŨ̌Ƽɞ ƢĦĨ̀ƢɅɞḸ̆) Sesame Chicken
Servings of chicken balled up and battered and Sihai deep fried to perfection. Dressed in a sauce consisting of ingredients like: Sake, chicken broth, and sugar. The dish is sprinkled with sesame seeds and served with cooked broccoli and fried rice.
