Xelliev is a masculine looking, glowing and thickish yellow slime with a body of athletic and gelatinous appearance, violet hair, who looks similar to Ailors and mimics Ailor race.
He uses piercings on his slimey ears. His height is 6'9'' ft (206 cm). Looking emotionless everytime, as if he felt nothing and actually does feel. His eyes have the same color of his hair, a robe he bought after he left the High Command's orders.

Arrived in 18th July of 310 AC to Regalia choosing to follow High Command's orders to start this "Occupation" in the heart of the city.

Xelliev was training under the orders of the High Command, investigating and being really curious to learn new things. He didn't mind doing anything to be able to analyze something that caused him 'interest'.

After the Regalians took back the Greygate, Xelliev, moved away from everything, investigating the other races, Xelliev noticed he was wrong, the other Bralonas were wrong.

He regrets everything he did and started calling himself a defector, he'd be trying to figure out how to feel and act like the rest of the Regalians, he will be still working on his alchemy, curiosities, learning new languages and also trying to help the rest of the races. Even if he isn't capable to understand.
