    House du Triege
    • House du Triege invests 50,000 regals into the creation of an Archblood centric military academy in Dumon which sees mild interest. Construction begins immediately and is expected to complete with the current investment in 6 weeks time. Additionally, House du Triege completely legalizes Archblood powers and magic within their lands but applies that any damage inflicted with them will fall under the usual State Law.

    House Delmotte
    • Exchanges the province of Herebrand Holy Order with Azciossia’s province of Vixe-Bas.
    • Purchases the province of Centre-Vixe from de Azcoissia for 15,000 regals.
    • Assists de Azcoissia by also placing a trade sanction on the Jimensta Free Port, which lowers trade with the region again significantly.

    House Slumberwood
    • 10,000 regals are invested in trying to find a possible male suitor for Murdoc Slumberwood from the Szabadok region of Ust-Esverh. The prerequisite was that the noble would need to be from an influential line of Szabadok nobility, however most of the nobility in that region weren't all that influential at all. There were however a number of brothers and cousins around Merdocs age but none the actual leaders of anything major.
    • 10,000 regals are also used to create silver adornments to be attached to Szabadok armor which are to be used as gifts during Damon’s meeting with the Szabadok people. They are made by Merdoc Slumberwood in the Anian style of Silversmithing with Szabadok equestrian symbols. They reluctantly accept the gift but make no overarching comment about it.
    • Damon announces to the region the intent to build a large military academy there to be rank by the Szabadok under the condition that all Baldmarkian ruled by House Slumberwood be allowed a chance to gain entry. Whats more, House Slumberwood will expand the Szabadok’s ability to enslave non-ailor, which none seem to believe, due to the constraints of the State Law on slavery and the overarching legal implications of the Saffran Law. In exchange for this gesture, Damon wants a Lord to marry Merdoc to end historic tensions between the Anian and Szabadok people and a pledge that the Szabadok offer their generals aid in any defensive war in Slumberwood wars. As mentioned, only brothers and cousins of very minor lords in the region are offered and thus, no decision is made in the meantime.
    • Morgaine Slumberwood leads her regiment through Ust-Esverh in Szabadok lands, subjugating non-Ailor slaves in the region, some even in contrary to Regalian Law. Pressure is placed on Slumberwood in their home province in retaliation by the Anian population who demand that these actions cease. The younger members of the population rally in key areas of the Slumberwood lands, protesting for an end to Slumberwoods pro-slavery stance which violates their cultural beliefs.

    House Mac Conall

    • 20,000 regals are utilised to successfully convert the province of Circenhall to Highland Ceardian culture by hosting a series of celebrations and games, amidst highland foods and drinks. Competitions of strength, lecgaen wrestling and the distribution of kiltachs and highland fashion assists with the expedition of such a venture.
    • 20,000 regals are utilised to successfully convert the province of Lickenhal to Highland Ceardian culture in the same manner as Circenhall.
    • Dedicates 10,000 men from their standing army to the State.
    • Pays Humaira Reinard 5,000 regals.

    House Kreiburg
    • 2,000 troops from the Kreiburg acting army are sent to the State for the war effort.
    • The Langthal Cantons are requested by House Kreiburg to raise their tax back to its former level now that the war is over, which is understandably immediately rejected by the collective. The Cantons remind Kreiburg that part of their arrangement for remaining loyal and not throwing Kreiburg out of their last province in Genevaud was that they were promised a significant tax cut. The Cantons then tell Kreiburg that if Kreiburg is short on income, that’s Kreiburg’s issue and that Langthal is operating fine after the war.
    • Additionally, House Kreiburg extend an offer for a Defensive Alliance to the Cantons of Bad without any sort of incentive. The Bad Cantons reject the offer vehemently, citing that they still think Kreiburg an enemy of Genevaud and a lit explosive which, in time, will explode. They cite Kreiburg’s failed politics and even worse war ethics with Drachenburg and refusal to surrender, which cost hundreds if not thousands, of lives as their fundamental reason for not wishing to ever want a defensive alliance.

House de Azciossia - [Hexenblood Circle]
    • Transfers ownership of Vixe-Bas to House Delmotte in exchange for the province of Herebrand Holy Order.
    • Transfers ownership of Centre-Vixe to Delmotte in exchange for 15,000 regals.

    Ariramorel
    • 10,000 regals are spent to directly appoint the previous Grand Alderman back into his position. The Grand Alderman accepts reappointment despite being disgruntled on terms that the position cannot be changed without approval from the local aristocracy and that replacements must be voted in amongst them with a 75% approval rate.
    • 10,000 regals are then invested in calling for demands from the rioters. They respond with a ceasefire, making it evident that they want a check on corruption in government with a position created to watch over Ariramorel affairs until the time comes where the nobility of the Ariramorel lands are satisfied that their liege will act honorably and just. This position must be filled by a reputable and honor bound individual, not from Ariramorel’s court.
    • 15,000 regals are invested into hosting the Feil od Piocke celebration in Coltyr, which puts a stop to the riots indefinitely when mixed with the above. Tense as it may be, life begins to return to normal for Ariramorel.
    • Ariramorel then completely removes the Free Port status of Jimenista, the province then returning to its usual daily runnings. However with the sanctions still in place, with multiple families now supporting it, Ariramorel’s income drops by another 3,000 regals this week.
    • 5,000 troops from the standing army are dedicated to the State.

    House Typhonus
    • 20,000 regals are spent on a business venture. Results in DM.
    • 10,000 regals are spent on a business venture that does not pay off. Results in DM.
    • Legislation is then passed in Typhonus lands that outlaws the entering of ‘slave catchers’ into the Typhonus held provinces. Any that enter the lands for that purpose are deemed kidnappers and are then immediately arrested for conspiracy to deprive a Regalian Citizen of their freedom.
    • Dedicates 1 Airship to the War effort.
    • Pays 7,500 regals to Nym’vrae Helvath as part of a severance package.

    Digmaan Vyzal
    • Transfers 10,000 troops to the State for use in the Sendras War.
    • Pays House Slumberwood 15,000 regals as agreed to help construct a military academy.

    House Black
    • House Black invests 20,000 regals on trying to improve roads and port entries (make them larger) in order to speed up production for the Trade Hub in Dragh. This is only moderately successful, as roads and ports are not really that much of an issue for merchants in Dragenthal. Trade was not operating at maximum capacity to begin with, but at least now there is room for growth down the line. Construction is sped up by a single week from the investment. Three weeks more.
    • House Black also announces sanctions on the province of Jimensta.

    House Avalorn
    • Vivana Avalorn seeks out a courtship with a female member of the ruling family in Talant Ilha Faial. However, after making her intent known, the ruling family explain to the Avalorn that they are not accepting new courtships at this time and that the ruling family there are exclusively interested in Altalar ruling families elsewhere in their regions. Instead, they apologise for the wasted trip and advise Vivana to aim for some of the lower families in the region if she is truly interested.

    House Sorenvik
    • House Sorenvik sends a representative to check on the progress of the slave hub in Tuva. Reports returned stating that the Slave hub was complete and already trade of slaves between the Vladno in the North was commencing. However, it seemed to be dominated by trade amongst individuals who were already part of the Sorenvik lands. This did however make the Vladno content enough to continue heralding Kaya as fit for their rule. The City around the hub was also bustling with new settlers and merchants and was slowly growing.
    • Moreover, Kaya utilising funding from the Velheim Development fund organises the construction of a philosophical forum in Kattepuutan in Viduggla territory. This uses 75,000 regals and is designated as a center for philosophical discussion related to religion, economics and matters related to the Soldi. The total time required for this to be completed is estimated to be around four to eight weeks. Kaya additionally makes a statement that she is not supporting House Viduggla with this venture but rather just carrying out her duties as manager of the Velheim Development fund and that if Viduggla tries to use force, intimidation or coercion to have the builders do anything other than what was specified in their blueprints, they are to leave immediately as they ate State workers, not Viduggla, not Sorenvik.

    House von Drachenburg
    • Sends 5,000 troops to the State.
    • Sets tax levels to 35%.
    • Sends 20,000 regals to the capital for recovery efforts.
    • An additional 20,000 regals are spent on the cathedral project, bringing the total investment to 70,000 regals and speeding the process up about a week.

    House di Ortiz [Golden Triumvirate]
    • Also implements sanctions on the Free Port of Jimenista until the free port is closed. Whats more, sanctions are placed against Goretaan goods for 2 weeks but due to their distance and lack of trade, it has very little effect.
    • More pressing, di Ortiz authorises an attack led by Isolda and 5 warships belonging to the family against Goretaan. The five warship flotilla sails up the Western portion of the archipelago until it arrives in Clannadh Alba. Honing in on Goretaan Ports, it seeks out and engages the Goretaan naval ships that were caught off guard. The ships open fire on Goretaan’s navy, a barrage sinking one of their ships before chasing the ships through the strait and losing sight of them. This comes as a complete shock to the Highlanders present and was seen as many as the initial act of war.
    • 2 Warships are dedicated to the State Fleet.
    • Sets taxes to 35%.

    House Reinard
    • Invests 20,000 regals into creating a system that tracks and stores relevant information relating to slave owners and holders of contracts of indentured servitude. Registrations, basic information and circumstances related to their servitude or slavery are documented.
    • House Reinard also illegalises the holding of unregistered slaves, declaring that all unregistered slaves and indentured servants will be considered free by law. This will be prosecuted at the end of the calendar year, and then held true in perpetuity.
    • House Reinard reminds migrating Altalar traders that its lands are conveniently close to their old homes, and the Schoenn, and opens its doors to establish new bases of commerce there. It's a nice reminder, but none more than usual seems to take up the opportunity recently.

    House Peirgarten
    • 20,000 regals are spent on a diplomatic venture throughout Lorhauser where the countess herself gives speeches on progressivism, with the ambition of converting some of the fence sitting conservatives to it. This causes a huge controversy in Lorehauser, where not half a year before the Countess promised a Leutz centric conservatism approach to Peirgarten politics. All her work had practically been undone. Pro-Peirgarten Leutz immediately began to stop co-operating and counter preach against the Countess’s decision. A huge political schism begins right in the midst of the capital which creates a huge amount of tension between the smaller, Pro-Peirgarten faction and the dominant Leutz traditionalists.

    House Viduggla
    • Garth with Ardige Viduggla travels to Kattepuutan with 2,500 soldiers to oversee and guard the construction of the philosophical forum. [See Sorenvik orders].

    House Latimer
    • Invests 10,000 regals into citadel research, looking into just how much it would cost to improve steam engines. The scholars remarked that the technology is still relatively new and the investment wouldnt come close to cutting it. They request at least 50 - 70 thousand for it to be even possible of improvement.
    • 10,000 regals are invested in looking into cannon based projectiles to combat the flying lizards with cover wide shots with effectiveness at 200 yards. However, the scholars remarked that an additional 25,000 regals would be needed to get any sort of viable prototype.
