House von Drachenburg
  • Dietrich sends a letter to Langthal which proves that Kreiburg has not agreed to end the war with von Drachenburg on peace terms which allow Kreiburg to keep Langthal but relinquishes their other provinces. Von Drachenburg also notes that two attempts at making peace have now failed and this is the last chance for Kreiburg to negotiate on Drachenburg terms. The Cantons immediately gather and make clear to Kreiburg that he is in over his head if he believes he can defeat von Drachenburg and to accept the deal. They won't be asking again.
  • Dietrich abandons the siege of Bad and removes all relevant equipment, much to the satisfaction of the Cantons of Bad.
  • Hans Nowotny continues to oversee the Bulgern occupation with the assistance of a Drachenburg airship.
  • Dietrich marches 10,000 troops to Langthal where a siege is prepared and readied. Erwin Braunschweiger and Harald have both their archer and cavalry contingent with them respectively. The other Drachenburg airship is with them on the march and hovers over the army . What's more, Dietrich offers 10,000 regals to any soldiers that willingly walk away from the conflict which already sounds like a generous offer. This prompts some of the Kreiburg army, which was already exhausted and morally worn out, numbering 3,000 to just up and leave the Kreiburg force.
  • No battle at Langthal occurs. See Kreiburg Orders.

House Latimer

  • Attempts to pump 20,000 regals into researching a design and testing something called 'barrage rigging' which is essentially a chainlink 'net' around the rigging of a ship. The 20,000 regals are rejected however as the scholars remark that such a thing would not be possible upon a warship without catastrophic maneuverability issues. It was just not possible.

House Cadieux
  • Sets Crown tax to 2%.
  • Pays Abigail Tucker 15,000 regals for investment in the Whimsy.
  • Pays Mathilde van Westhuizen 500 regals for medical expenses.

House Slumberwood (Please keep your orders short and to the point)
  • Regent Merdoc Slumberwood calls for a meeting of Baldmarkian lords with the funding of 10,000 regals. The meeting hall goes down well with the Baldmarkian lords.
  • The Regent announces the plan to create the 'Baldmarkian College of Cultures" with a system of votes that will decide on how a fund for the college will be utilised. Various promises to look into various disciplines were met with little enthusiasm, it was clear it would be up to the Regent to figure this out and not for the lords to blatantly tell.
  • The following laws are then enacted "Szabadok are permitted to enslave any non-Ailor race within Ust-Esverh as long as they have the strength required to keep control over their slave. Should a slave free themself from their master's control and another Szabadok be able to prove themself more capable of controlling the slave by capturing or restraining the slave then the slave will become the more capable Szabadok's property." Naturally, practically every non-human within the Slumberwood provinces began to call for action against the House for this insult while the Szabadok geared up to enslave en-masse.
  • "Dvalan lands are permitted to based on local discretion impose a tax of up to 25 regals per horse (for the entirety of their stay, not per night) for any foreigner who ties or otherwise leaves their horse within a Dvala town or village's boundaries overnight. This tax does not apply to horses being used for official purposes by the state, imperial family, or House Slumberwood." As a result, trade into the region declines somewhat, costing the Slumberwood family 1,000 regals in income that week.
  • "In Silmark, Krumvalia, Krismea, Morvinda, Barvinda, Rumvalia, and Ust-Esverh all persons who have not committed crimes within Slumberwood lands are permitted to carry any non-military grade weaponry openly." This had no major effect yet, but local legislatures were already preparing for more violent crimes and uprisings in the future.
  • "Breaking a Besa (an oath that was sworn on the elements that was voluntarily made with one party born or living in Boss-Sarve or Morelle) will be punished with a 500 regal fine or 10 lashings depending on the offender's means" The law went down quite well with the Dvala people.
  • Sends 10,000 regals to the Cultural Fund for the Baldmarkian College.
  • Slumberwood checks on the relief effort in Krumvalia. Sadly, it didn't appear to do much to improve situations there much due to the minimal amount of investment.

House de Azciossia - [Hexenblood Circle]
  • Pays 5,000 regals to Silver Swiftfrost as an event reward.
  • Pays 5,000 regals to Daedrin Saiiel as an event reward.
  • Pays 2,500 regals to Mateo Silva as an event reward.
  • Purchases 5,000 troops.
  • House de Azciossia puts out a request for a Cinnochra shortsword, looking into the price of such a weapon. The lowest return price that was offered in return was 30,000 regals for a single basic shortsword.

House Delmotte
  • Sets the Master of Hunts Crown stipend to 0 regals.
  • Clerical error passed onto Oka.
  • The Imperial Court issues a number of grants from the Crown Bank to individuals participating in the Regalian Universities class of Imperialisation, culture and identity.

Genevieve Howlester is awarded a bursary of 3,000 regals
Valarosta Ino-Femunn is awarded a bursary of 2,000 regals
Fansho Burch is awarded a bursary of 5,000 regals
Zayd al-Deleh is awarded a bursary of 500 regals.
Osira Lae'rinsyr is awarded a bursary of 500 regals.

  • 30,000 regals from the Delmotte coffers are used to attempt to convert the province of Micelle to Imperial culture which puts them just on the tipping point of being fully converted.
  • House Delmotte contributes a further 6,000 soldiers to the Regalian State for the Sendras war.

Nym'vrae Helvath
  • Pays Silver Swiftfrost 500 regals.
  • Pays Dothraen 200 regals.
  • Pays Folen Thaynore 200 regals.
  • Pays Lazzri'el Tahlruil 500 regals.

House von Duerr
  • Invests 10,000 regals into adding Hawthorn powder into his painkiller synthesizing with a mix of opiates, caffeine and willow bark which is successful. Thus, with the investment over the last few weeks and the experiments thus far, House von Duerr manages to successfully create shelf safe and portable painkillers.

Abigail Tucker
  • Pays Nora Mornala 750 regals for winning a game.
  • Pays Tim Borros 100 regals for being a good sport.

House Eledhwen
  • Invests 10,000 regals into a fund for individuals of Leutz culture to start businesses in their province of Zalmere with Fathiyaa Nasir al Ramoran overseeing such. A fund is created for startups which sees an influx of Leutz businessmen in the region. With this additional support, the province of Zalmere successfully adopts Leutz culture as its primary culture.
  • Diplomatic mission order bounced as a minimum of 10,000 regals needs to be used on orders like these. Icly, Cinna was greeted, given some smiles before being sent home again as the Nobility were busy.

Humaira Reinard
  • Pays Henrik Norrvakt 250 regals for the sponsorship of Dame Eponia.

Logistics Minister Ardige Viduggla
  • The Logistics Ministry received and now approves a request from Grand Marshal Reimar Typhonnus for 200,000 men of the current 253,300 and 80 of the current 80 ships dedicated to the State for use by the Marshal Cabinet's members in the war against the Sendrassian Allar. These troops and ships may be used by the Cabinet's membership until the Logistics Ministry indicates otherward.
The Minister also assigns these losses:

Ships - 3
House Black - 3

Soldiers - 1,500
House Drachenberg - 500
House Reinard - 1000

House Avalorn
  • Order bounced, see MonMarty or I for clarification as to why.

House Sorenvik
  • Order bounced in relation to the Ostyr festival as the festival has already concluded. [Results out tomorrow in the flashpoints]
  • Someone is sent to check on the progress of the slave hub in Tuva. An estimated one week period is given for full completion for it to be up and running.

Ariramorel
  • Ariramorel attempts to give the Etosian curate turned Grand Alderman of Coltyr his money back, firing him for being unable to deal with the unrest which, naturally, does not go down well. The Grand Alderman refuses the money and instead, begins leaking information relating to the transaction to the public, noting that Ariramorel DID indeed take money for the position in what he believed to be holy good faith to bring a new take on Unionism to the lands. The populace of Coltyr becomes enraged and while the Grand Alderman steps down, before he leaves he sees to enraging the populace further and ignites riots all across Coltyr against Ariramorel.
  • 10,000 regals are then invested into finding a replacement to no avail, as the entire province of Coltyr rears up in revolt, making excessively difficult for Ariramorel bureaucrats to perform even the most basic of tasks.
  • 3,000 regals are paid to Lazzri'el Tahlruil.

House Typhonus
  • Pays 1,000 regals to Kahuangi Kapono.
  • Pays 1,000 regals to Simone Playero.
  • Pays 1,00 regals to Amula.
  • Spends 20,000 regals on a business venture.

Goretaan Throng
  • 5,000 regals are paid to Nym'vrae Helvath to fund Arcanum Order bounties with a note that states "May this sum encourage further hunts for this Order's warrants."
  • Order bounced. More information required. What mines? For what purpose? Please include the relevant information.

House Black
  • Dianne sends a letter to the leader of the Goretaan Throng stating clearly that "Piracy of any kind will not be tolerated. Even from a member of the assembly. You have one week to pay what your pirates stole from my merchants or prepare to answer for your crimes." She makes it clear she seeks 5,000 regals compensation.
  • Dianne sends the 4 ships protecting Macavara to protect the Black merchants from Jimenista from the Url pirates, which do not come.

House di Ortiz [The Golden Triumvirate]
  • 10,000 regals are spent on attempting to pursue the whereabouts of the Varrran Pirates but with no specific chartered area, it was a failed endeavor.
  • 1,000 troops from the Bragacao borders go to the location of the pirate hideout that the varran map had indicated, managing to recover 15,000 regals worth of goods. Whether the Triumvirate would return them to their people however was another story.

House Reinard
  • House Reinard attempts to backtrack on pulling out of the war in Genevaud by declaring a miscommunication, which is not believed by most. Instead, their troops return to aiding Kreiburg under his lead.

House Kreiburg
  • The 4 Kreiburg warships consolidated to once again blockade Berge and Frus.
  • The Kreiburg army, heavily demoralised, is told they would need to leave to lift the siege of Bad. However the Cantons intervene and use their Liberum Veto to prevent the army from leaving and heading into a bloodbath. Reinards forces do however arrive at Bad and are perplexed to see no Drachenburg siege at all.
  • Any offer to the Bad Cantons by Kreiburg is rejected and spat at. They're quite happy being independent.
  • The Reislaufer Akademie is courted for support by Kreiburg and offered 20,000 regals for their assistance, which they reject with the message. "We're brave, but we arent suicidal."
  • Kreiburg also announces across Genevaud provinces the following message: "Brothers and sisters of Genevaud, do not be deceived by the insurgency of Drachenburg. They look to undo your culture and your unity as a people. They see us as sub-New Regalian, nothing more. They look to plant their own citizens in our lands and by the time your children grow to adulthood, their lands will be settled by Waldmarkers. Do not be fooled! Fellow citizens, we must unite as our grandfathers had. I am hereby offering to all Genevaud Cantons -- including Alpen -- to reaffirm allegiance to Genevaud. All Cantons will once again be treated as equals. All Cantons will be allowed a 50% tax deduction to recover from the horrors of this war. And all Cantons will receive Liberum Veto. Each Genevaud Canton will govern itself independently, knitted together by the ideals of culture and faith. House Kreiburg vows to defend this system and never undermine it for personal gain or otherwise. We believe in a united Genevaud people to live in the Alps forever. Stand with House Kreiburg, stand with Genevaud!" Given the recent actions of Kreiburg in the war, and the events leading up, coupled with the fact that Drachenburg has actually been quite respectful of Genevaudian culture, the announcement is mostly ignored.
