- Pays 750 regals to Fyndella Vyr'tiel Eltye Cardithas.
- Pays 750 regals to Penn Lierennth.
- Pays 750 regals to Wan-Xia.

House von Drachenburg
- Von Drachenburg sends 10,000 troops to the State and encourages those Houses that havnt, to do so to showcase their patriotism.
- Dietrich frees the Bulgern Cantons who express their gratitude but press that Genevaud must be free from tyranny.
- Drachenburg sends his airship to the Berge and Frus blockade where it immediately begins to bombard the ships there. Having aerial superiority significantly helped in throwing the fall into disarray as the Kreiburg ships returned fire. While this occurred, the sole Drachenburg warship rendezvoused with Valentino Sangiovese who captains his personal Warship along with Dietrich's, Marissa Morgann's and Ingjald Thorketisson's into battle. The already scattered blockade was easy pickings for this quickly approaching assault which sank one of the ships and forced the other three to flee. The airship tactic won out this round and the blockade ended.
- The other von Drachenburg airship remains on the Bulgern/Langthal border to defend against enemy advances.
- In Bulgern, the 20,000 Drachenburg army hunkers down, disabling siege equipment and preparing for a possible counter-attack. Harald repairs parts of the cities fortifications while cavalry scouts around the city to alert the main host should an army appear.
Valentino Sangiovese
- See von Drachenburg Orders.
Einherjar
- Pays Abigail Tucker 1,000 regals.
House Delmotte
- Sets Haeddi Harhold's Crown stipend to 500 regals.
- Sets Merdoc Slumberwood's crown stipend to 500 regals.
House Kreiburg
- Kreiburg attempts to maintain the blockade but fails. Despite Maxence Kreiburg leading the Warships, the tactic used and the skill of Valentino Sangiovese wins out which, unfortunately also prevents Kreiburg from seeing their other plans come into fruition as the warships are forced to scatter. [See Drachenburg Order]
- The Kreiburg Ally army number 28,000 under Deo dei Termini attempt to attack the Drachenburg army in Bulgern. However, it would appear that von Drachenburg saw this coming due to the preparation. The 20,000 von Drachenburg troops arrange themselves under Dietrich himself, falling back behind the walls and attacking from the battlements. The Kreiburg attempt to attack the Drachenburg army but the Drachenburg airship immediately starts firing upon the army below. Despite Hullinera attempting to disable the airship on her Wyvern, she was shot off of the creature and fell onto the troops below, breaking a leg and taking immense bruising to her waist. James Larkson was also injured, his army being embedded with shrapnel from a stray cannonshot. After an hour of attempting to besiege the city, Deo determined the occupants too dug in and had to retreat.
- The Langthal Cantons are offered a ceasefire and sit the war out if the rebels accept political autonomy in exchange for accepting Kreiburg as their liege once more and turning on von Drachenburg, which they again decline.
- House Kreiburg pledges it will never surrender Genevaud to House von Drachenburg and makes its intentions clear to remove Drachenburg from the region. Furthermore, with Theopold's relations to the Reislaufers, House Kreiburg asks for the support of their mercenaries in the war against Drachenburg. House Kreiburg looks to grant the Lancyon Mercenaries more power in Genevaud after they regain control, offering their higher ranking officers and commanders positions as local nobility in Genevaud to replace the disloyal Cantons who have rebelled against House Kreiburg. In addition, if the Reislaufer Akademie chooses to accept this offer, 20,000 Regals will be fronted to them. Once more, this backfires heavily and the rebels within Bad begin to attack key strategic areas as mobs take the streets; fortifying themselves and again proclaiming Kreiburg as unfit rulers who care little for the traditions of Genevaud.
- The Kreiburg Curate Franze Kreiburg is sent to the Genevaud Church who turn him away as a result of the above; not wanting to be affiliated with this any longer. At this point, all Kreiburg provinces enter open rebellion and begin arming themselves. The knock on effect of this is that soldiers within the Kreiburg army begin to contemplate turning tail and going home.
House Eledhwen
- House Eledhwen invests 10,000 regals into their local infrastructure between the provinces of Calestor and Zalmere which the Baroness herself oversees to fruition. This had barely any monetary effect, with any increase in efficiency being slight and frankly unnoticeable however, the trade route worked to assist in bringing Leutz goods to the province of Zalmere which piqued interest for a time. Leutz books, clothes, foods and art flooded the Zalmere harbor which was then traded around the province.
- Hudil Eledhwen, Humaira Reinard, Emil de Krijger and Joasaie Lloablen are hired by the Noble House to locate and detain bandits within all four of the Eledhwen provinces, of which none are actually found. A couple of forest hermits and the occasional criminal hiding out was captured but for the most part, the lands were tamed and civilised; not brigand infested.
- Cinna Eledhwen releases a statement that bandits captured during the week and petty criminals could join the military, and while none were captured and took this offer, the sentiment did not go down well with the local people who were not comfortable with the idea of convicted criminals having a place in the local army. This offer was intently refused across the board and petty criminals seemed to value their couple of days in prison over potential death in some new noble's land conflicts.
- Additionally, Cinna makes it clear that the new State Legislation relating to the Altalar styled trials in Altalar majority (or Altalar governed) lands will not apply in Eledhwen territory, favoring a functional State judiciary system which goes down well.
- Pays Humaira Reinard 500 regals.
- Pays Emil de Krijger 500 regals.
- Pays Joasaie Lloablen 500 regals.
- Dedicates 2,500 troops from their standing army to the State.
Ariramorel
- 20,000 regals were invested into a diplomatic mission to the Genevaud Cantons in an attempt to court them into becoming loyal to Ariramorel. Promised absolute self-direction and being free to determine their own laws and culture without interference, and Veto over matters within their own lands. This offer is outright rejected and the Cantons reiterates that they do not wish to be governed by anyone but themselves any longer.
- Ariramorel accepts the Latimer curate's offer of 15,000 regals and is placed as Grand Alderman of Coltyr, much to the dismay of many within the region. Quickly news spreads and the clergy within Coltyr begin outwardly protesting this appointment as being blatant evidence of monetary corruption which placed a Evintarian Unionist in power within Breizh lands. The Clergy's opinion of Ariramorel dropped and the Breizh people themselves were on the verge of following the trend in the South, whispers of rebellion filling taverns all around.
House Latimer
- Abelhard returns his manifesto to his Council with new amendments which are accepted if only begrudgingly. This puts an end to the turbulent times in Latimer lands for the time being and everything returns to normal.
- Latimer encourages the Slaver Forts to scrape up slaves in his lands from the Slizzar and Haat Maraya populace though this has no pay off without funding and even then, there was acknowledgement from the outset that this would likely not succeed.
- House Latimer looks into the Slaver Forts and all was well for the most part.
House von Duerr
- Dedicates 10,000 troops to the State.
House Sorenvik
- The Sorenvik posse arrives in Ostyr amidst a fanfare of music. Aboard their transport vessel, Kaya Sorenvik and Sivrid Kensley warbled a beautiful traditional Velheim tune backed by booming instrumentals from others aboard the ship, which caught the attention of many in the harbor. This myriad of music continued as the troupe headed toward the Ostyr festival grounds. Along the way, Viggo handed out woodcarved soldiers and toys to children and gifts of alcohol from the Gauntlet Tavern and tapestries produced by Sivrid were handed out to the attendants and hosts. 15,000 regals are invested in making this well received which it moderately was. The respectful gesture to their culture was accepted gratefully and the troupe was welcomed to join in the festivities and participate with the rest of the Velheim present.
House Viduggla
- Garth Viduggla accompanied by a host of Northerners travel in bulk to Ostyr to show their support for the fallen Shieldmaiden. They engage in some socialisation and partake in the various events and generally keep their ears and eyes open for opportunities in the North, but it would seem most are just keen on remembering the Ostyr Shieldmaiden and attempts to investigate intrigue or opportunity was met with a cold shoulder. Garth alongside Zsazsa Kosmatka, Markus Haagenvig and Rolf Haagenvig enter some of the games, with the latter participating in many of them on behalf of House Viduggla. All fun and enjoyable. Garth and Zsazsa socialise with the upper echelons for hours which was overall a good experience. All very lax. Tuija Viduggla and Tolstan de Florian also socialise with the commonfolk and Bjorgulf Haagenvig also partakes in the fun and Ardige Viduggla socialises with the Military-inclined individuals. Very wholesome.
- Pays House de Azciossia 10,000 regals.
House Black
- As per the Treaty on the 18th, House Black exchanged the lands of Lunnais and Rennais to House Vicieux for 65,000 regals.
- 5,000 troops are dedicated to the State from the Standing Army.
- 5,000 regals are paid to the State.
- 5,000 regals are paid to the new State Recovery Fund.
House Vicieux
- 65,000 regals are paid to House Black for the provinces of Lunnais and Rennais.
- 4,000 regals are paid to Silver Swiftfrost for winning first place in a Tourney.
- 2,000 regals are piad to Osira for coming in second place in a Tourney.
- 3,000 regals are paid to Henrik Norrvakt for merc work and as an investment into his Fighter's Guild.
- 1,000 regals are paid to Sophie Perrot for coming third place in a Tourney.
Goretaan Throng
- Quin checks in with his Url pirates who are ready to assist him for only two more tries. They were already prepared to sail out when needed.
House de Azciossia - [Hexenblood Circle]
- Atalaya and Imara Al Qahtani return to Erendall to find any link between the victims of the comet sickness. They attempt to question some civilians which yields little results as many weren't aware of what occurred themselves. Some theories about it being an omen of ill will to come floated about and additionally, Imara overhears in the streets people muttering about some sort of Avalorn conspiracy to start some magical plague that'll eventually make its way to Eledhwen lands to weaken them up for invasion. Other than rumors, nothing else of note was found and it appeared that all the victims were seemingly random at this juncture.
- Meanwhile up North, Violante and Madelyn de Azciossia enter Ostyr for the purpose of replacing Sigrid Sterke-enn with themselves as representatives for the festival. 10,000 regals are spent on hospitality, all of which was spent on food and drink from the South as gifts. Fine cured meats, crumbly cheeses, rich fruit and plenty of fish from the coastal markets along with smoky Mezcal, sweet wines and Casilleroablo is presented as gifts to the Shieldmaidens. The Northerners didn't attempt to hide their feeling of being slighted by these Southern gifts at their celebration of a Northern hero, especially when it's believed that the individual who killed the Ostyr Shieldmaiden was themselves, a Southern Assassin during the Northern Rebellion. They did however apologise for sending Sigrid which undid some of the negativity from the previous week but these new gifts definitely did cast a shadow over their last immaculate one. Nevertheless, they welcomed the two Azciossias to the festival and had them shown around the various celebrations and sights.
- The Logistics Ministry received and now approves a request from Grand Marshal Reimar Typhonnus for 200,000 men of the current 227,300 dedicated to the State for use by the Marshal Cabinet's members in the war against the Sendrassian Allar. These troops and ships may be used by the Cabinet's membership until the Logistics Ministry indicates otherward.
House Slumberwood
- 20,000 regals are sent to the Southern Minority areas of the Typhonus lands to help with repairs and Slumberwood gains modicum praise from the Southern Minorities for this, much to the dismay of the Typhonus loyalists.
- 20,000 regals are then also used to establish a system of public relief in Baldmark with the purchase of grain to be distributed amongst the poor who couldnt afford to eat. It begins in Krumvalia for the time being and the overall results would be apparent from this text in the week coming.
House Avalorn
- House Avalorn sends Tehrathel Avalorn with five warships to rendezvous with the five Triumverate ships at Oserna to track down the Varran Pirate fleet. Having a description of their ships, they begin to search the waters for them. Eventually, the ships are located after the Division Admiral Tehrathel flag signalled to ships bearing the Regalian Standard and no response was made back; this was unusual for these types of vessels as all sailors in the Regalian Navy had some form of training in signalling. Opening fire, they destroyed half the Varran fleet before the flagship made off quickly. They captured a couple of survivors, one of which clutched a drenched map which was smudged but supposedly led to half of the stolen items, though the Varran wouldn't elaborate more on that.
House di Ortiz [The Golden Triumvirate]
- 5 Warships meet Avalorn's at Oserna [See Avalorn Orders]
- Pays 6,000 regals to Steward Arathorn Yllanorin.
- 20,000 regals are invested into the Clergy of Alviteo, gifting them horses and durable carriages for missionary work which, surprisingly, is well received. They do however find it difficult to convert people who seem to want to worship the Void but it's another step in the right direction.
Qalhata "Cal" Sarnai
- Pays Irel 2,000 regals for services rendered with the note "Sorry for the delay, I was dead."
House Typhonus
- Bids 40,000 regals as their overall bid, increasing by 10,000 from the last week for the Gretel Schouhaser piece.
- 30,000 regals are then used to help fix up the rest of the Southern Minority rebuilding and, much to the Typhonus' displeasure, only 10,000 was needed as Slumberwood had beat them to the punch; shifting public opinion a little further away from Typhonus. The extra 20,000 is retained by House Typhonus.
House Duviri
- Mosmodea puts out a notice to all political entities that she is selling the Nenya'thea artifact for 40,000 regals (or best offer) and to contact her if interested.
- Mosmo also attempts to establish an amicable, diplomatic relationship with the Estellian Priests in Teled Methen which falls through. Whatsmore, when asked for their blessing to establish a Solur Garden/Estel Temple, the Priests obfuscated and neither gave affirmation or denial.
Finance Minister Maximilian Black
- Sends 20,000 regals to Cinna Eledhwen for efforts on the warfront.
- Sends 20,000 regals to Abelhard Latimer for his boat chain fortifications.
- 10,000 regals are dedicated to the Marshal Cabinet to purchase rations. The rations are then delivered to the front to be divided by the Grand Marshal Reimar Typhonus.
House Peirgarten
- Travels to Erendall to assist Cadieux with the comet sickness with her alchemy knowledge.
House Cadieux
- House Cadieux invests 20,000 regals into investigating the Comet sickness further with the assistance of Tommen Howlester, Valerie Howlester, Vivienne av Haagensen, Amelina Peirgarten, Nora Mornala, Aya Drevis and Natalia Ombre in Erendall. [Results in DMs]. However, later that evening, all affected individuals left the compound and rejoined their family absolutely unscathed and fine though it was obvious they had been sentient throughout.
- Pays Henrik Norrvakt 500 regals.
- Pays Natalia Ombre 1,000 regals
