Some letters stamped with a white wax sun shaped seal are left all over common dining and leisure places most notably in places where nobles would frequent. The letter was left in stacks so the reader may take them.

My name is Sizaeli, I am a master blacksmith currently employed at the vakgar's torch. I wish to bring to your attention my specific talents which might be of interest with you. I specialize in both the art of metallurgy but also jewelry/enhancement. My work labeled under the symbol of a White Sun is made to both be functional but also a work of art.
